The comfort and convenience. The property met all of our needs. The location was great. It was literally down the street from the location of my work event. But also very close to shops and restaurants.
The listing stated two bathrooms, but it’s really 1.5 bathrooms. Also, the TVs were not easy to navigate. Apparently they weren’t connected to the WiFi and every attempt to connect was unsuccessful.
I would also consider a code door on the back considering the driveway is on the back.

This was our 2nd year at this "Cozy Spot". As usual, everything was perfect. Plenty of room, clean and comfortable. Close to everywhere we needed to be. We'll be back next year!

Location was central to most everything we wanted to see and do. The house was clean and orderly. The Huntley Museum is very close by and well worth seeing. The host was pleasant, professional and responsive.
The house looks like it was updated maybe 15-20 years ago. It is maintained well but could use a few updates and fresh paint. Lastly, the competing smells from the various cleaning agents used were strong and a little overwhelming.
