About this house rental
Sea Salt Cottage is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath open concept home on a wide canal with direct access to the ocean. Guests will enjoy the outdoor living space with heated pool and the largest tiki hut/outdoor living area in the area with an occasional visit from manatee that shelter in the canal. The outdoor space boasts an additional dining area and large sectional couch along with poolside loungers. Coastal cottage decor throughout the inside of the home provides the backdrop for a relaxing atmosphere and the large gathering spaces, both indoor and outdoor, provide an opportunity for guests to create lifetime memories.

The house overall was wonderful just some minor housekeeping issues. Make sure you bring toilet paper and paper towels and if you have more than four people, make sure you bring additional wash clothes and laundry detergent other than that the house was wonderful. The tiki bar is absolutely amazing to enjoy meals underneath.

No sleep. Motion cameras on all night and when we tried to cover them, we were told not to. There was also some sort of critter living above the Master Bath that made noise all night long. The pebble rocks are a horrible idea for that setting as they were unavoidably tracked everywhere including on our boat. The lighting in the kitchen and living room was very bad almost prohibiting business work from being done. Very strict rules, expensive for a 2 star place. I would suggest having an ice machine for avid fisherman and boaters which this house caters to. Location is awesome, however the shallow canal offers some challenges during low tide.
