自分でチェックイン、市税の支払いや鍵の受け取りをやりました。WhatsAppでのやりとりでしたが、返信がわかりやすく早くてとてもよかったです。コーヒーの補充のやりとりもスムーズでした。室内設備はIKEAの家具や小物で揃えられていて壁も床も素敵でスタイリッシュでした。大きな洗面台の鏡、姿見、ドライヤー、カプセルコーヒーマシンやポット、エアコン、Wi-Fi、冷蔵庫など嬉しいサービスがたくさんで、落ち着いて過ごせる部屋でした。駅から1.5kmありますが中心地には近く市場やバス乗り場があり、レストランもたくさんありました。
入り口が暗くて怖かったですが、治安はいい場所のようでだんだん慣れてきました。5階(イタリアでは４階)まで上がると光が入ってきますが、足元が見えなくて携帯のライトを使いました。スーツケースの場合はエレベーターがないので大変です。

Gut tu wissen: der 4. Stock ist sportlich! Wer kleines Gepäck hat, hat einen deutlichen Vorteil!
Parken easy in der Nähe. Achtung: ist nicht kostenfrei!
Der muffige Geruch im Appartement Barcelona.
Leichter Schimmel im Bad ist vermutlich der Grund?!
Das Zimmer könnte einen insgesamt mal einen neuen Anstrich vertragen. auch das textile Kopfteil am Bett könnte man mal austauschen.
Ein bissle mehr Toilettenpapier wäre gut und vielleicht einen Haken extra fürs das Handtuch am Handwaschbecken.

It's central
The bed cover had stains.
Very small and modest room for what was described as a “Deluxe Queen Bed”!
No refrigerator.
The heating was very archaic, using that electronic device.
No elevator.
