This has been my go-to place for the last 15 years in Conegliano. I have probably been here two dozen times across the years. It's a good place, not perfect, but it's always served me well and I've always been treated well here.
Since the management change, the breakfast took a big hit in quality so I just avoid it in favor of my favorite coffee place which is just a few streets away, right across of the post office. Otherwise, the renovations never seem to be fully complete and the bathrooms definitely need an update beyond new soap brands.

Bella struttura , pulita e comoda posizione. Camera pulita , luminosa, letti comodissimi e bagno ben accessoriato.
Parcheggio in strada gratuito (facilmente reperibile) o in garage a 5 euro a notte. Colazione a 8 euro ( non usufruita x partenza molto presto).

The receptionist was friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The woman at breakfast was helpful in trying to contact someone to open the garage for us to get our bikes out but she couldn't reach any other staff member.
The breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
There was a €3 charge per bicycle to park in the garage. Our bikes were not e-bikes and didn't require charging. Yet there was no one on reception to open the garage for us at checkout time the next morning. Luckily we were fit enough to carry the bikes upstairs and exit through the front door.
The beers could have been colder. We arrived by bicycle on a hot day and we're looking forward to a cold beer.

Staff were very polite and nice and the room was clean
The ac didn’t work so we asked them to fix it and he tried but couldn’t fix it .The room was around 25 degrees. We couldn’t change the temperature because it was central ac maybe.
