We had a wonderful stay at Campus San Francesco in Conegliano. The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet within easy walking distance of everything the town has to offer. The historic setting and beautiful grounds give the property a truly special atmosphere.
Our accommodations were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Most of all, the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We felt at home from the moment we arrived.
Campus San Francesco is a beautiful and unique place to stay, and we would happily return. Highly recommended!

Struttura molto accogliente e pulitissima, in una sede storica ristrutturata
. Posizione panoramica e tranquilla. Tutti gli impiegati sono davvero gentili e disponibili.
I muri delle stanze sono un po' sottili e bisogna confidare nella buona educazione dei vicini.

The location was good, close to the historic town centre.
It turned out that this is a popular location for young students. During my stay the house was full of them and their noise went on til 11pm to the point that I went knocking on their door.
I was given a voucher to have breakfast in town because these groups were taking up all the space.
For these reasons I cancelled my booking and asked for a refund for the planned second night.
