Great spa hotel. Surrounded by olive trees. The spa and pools were lovely. The restaurant and bar were great. We had a small issue with one of our evening meals but the lovely waiter sorted it instantly and everything was perfect! Breakfast was very good.
Overall the hotel was very good. We arrived later than we expected due to our flight been delayed. The reception staff were not very welcoming, we had been travelling for 10 hours, you would at least expect a smile when you arrive at a hotel regardless whether you are late or not. Very cold reception, and again when we checked out, it doesn’t cost anything to smile :)

The hotel facility is superb. Incredibly beautiful. The staff was very kind. We had an amazing dinner experience at both restaurants. The spa area is incredible as well, with good treatments available. It was hard to leave!
The rooms need a bit more care to be at the same level of the facilities. It doesn't really match the level of sophistication of the outside. For ex: the bathroom was small, with an old mirror, with very little space to put on your toiletries (although they offered Diptyque products which we loved!). We missed having hangers on the walls for robes and clothes. They could have better pillows as well. Important to say that this didn't spoiled the experience at all. But for a hotel at this level of service, we would expect rooms with higher specs.

A true gem. The place is gorgeously designed, creating a full experience of slowing down, with beautiful rooms. Everyone I encountered of the staff was beyond friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh options (even gluten-free home made cakes), the restaurant was also great.
Nothing really. If I had to pick one thing it’s having to pay extra for made-to-order breakfast items like Omelettes. But this is complaining on very high levels.

Aquapetra Resort & Spa offers a charming escape with elegant rooms, peaceful surroundings, and exceptional service at the restaurant. The atmosphere is ideal for relaxation—until you reach the pool area, where screaming children disrupt the serenity. Unfortunately, the bathroom in our room had a persistent sewage odor, which was hard to ignore. Most frustrating was the €60 per person charge just to sit by the pool after checkout—an excessive and impersonal policy that makes guests feel more like ATMs than valued visitors. A mixed experience in an otherwise stunning location.
