Obiekt położony w zacisznej okolicy, jednocześnie blisko centrum.
Miła obsługa w recepcji.
Przyjemna strefa SPA.
Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadanie.
Danie obiadowe odgrzewane, mięso podeschnięte.
Pan obsługujący lobby bar był bardziej zajęty rozmową ze znajomymi, niż obsługą gości hotelowych.
Pod łóżkiem niesprzątnięte puste butelki.

Duży przestronny pokój, możliwość skorzystania z sauna, to dla mnie ogromny plus. Świetna lokalizacja, miły personel oraz przyjemny, bezproblemowy pobyt w hotelu.

Dobry hotel - czysty, dobrze urządzony, wyposażony w potrzebne udogodnienia (filiżanki, woda, dzbanek itp.), śniadanie dosyć bogate, z dużym wyborem, spacerkiem blisko do centrum Niepołomic.
Brak klimatyzacji lub wiatraka (w upalny dzień duszno w pokoju), w nocy nie bardzo dawało się otworzyć okien, bo chyba już ktoś rozpoczął sezon grzewczy (ale to akurat od hotelu niezależne).

The staff was nice, and the room is ok. Water boiler was in the room, with instant coffee and tea.
The breakfast time is between 5:30 and 8:00, which was causeless, and no information about it on the keycard. Therefore I missed the breakfast. The light was weak in the bathroom, and strong smoking smell was there. To get into the parking is a little bit involved.
