Locatie was goed en dichtbij Disney. De villa was schoon en netjes onderhouden. Zwembad was top! We hebben er 2,5 week fijn gezeten😊

The privacy itself was amazing. The group really enjoyed themselves. My children were satisfied and I was taken away by how the photos of this place speak for themselves this place is actually bigger then what you see online. Marvelous place!
Trying to settle in was hostile. I have never stayed in a vacation home and I was not sure of how it worked as my group always travels and rents out resorts depending on the reason were coming and how long were staying. The Only issue we experienced was trying to call and getting hung up on multiple times by the registration desk or whoever was in charge on 4-6-23 around 4 and 5 pm. I had to contact property maintenance management and explain the issue. She told me she will make sure that the front desk/ associates would answer and she did. However, after waiting for them to answer they began laughing on the phone and playing around it sounded like children were playing a prank on the phone. However, things could have gone a little more professional for Customer Service/Support. The line was backed up in the street by other renters . The email provided with instructions did not list to go threw check-in it states that if you're pre-registered you just need the code to be able to enter the premises. However, You can not enter with just a code you need to scan the parking bar code in order to get in the gate and be able to access Vacation Home. I was misled and told to go straight to the gate in enter the code.
