We are so excited to offer this bright, beautiful and charming beach cottage with an incredible location. This freshly decorated property, complete with new furnishings and coastal décor, and all the amenities you’ll need to enjoy your stay away from home. This lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom property is perfect for families and friends looking for a relaxing trip to the beach. This two bedroom home is completely ground floor and comfortable for up to 6 guests. Coastal decor and beautiful finishes make this cottage one of a kind in the area. The property has a wonderful private feel to it with easy beach access. The Primary bedroom has a Queen bed with a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a flat-screen TV. The living area features a Sleeper sofa. The tub/shower combo bathroom also has a washer and dryer. The cute surfboard dining table seats 4 guests and the kitchen bar will seat an additional 2 guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook your family meal. This beach cottage will allow you to experience the local beach lifestyle – away from high rises and hotels. You will be wowed by the incredible location Canary Beach Cottage has to offer. Located in a unique beach community called Piney Nook. The beach community is composed of 6 beach cottages. You are also walking distance to restaurants and shops. Natural light and welcoming features dominate the interior of this inviting cottage away from home. This property is a 5 minute drive to the Splash Harbour Water Park. Important Notes: Max of 1 vehicle – parking spot is at the entrance of the beach community. Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

This was the perfect little cottage for a quick family getaway. The house was conveniently located, close to the beach, and the perfect size for the three of us. We appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, and available washer/dryer in the bathroom. The house had a cute beachy theme and my husband and son loved the arcade game.

We really liked the cottage. If grilling were allowed I’m sure we would stay here time and again. Having the pac man tournaments nightly between adults was amazing. Took us back to our childhood.

We loved our stay in the cottage. It was clean, comfortable beds, attentive owners, well equipped kitchen, tv in every room, washer and dryer in the unit and cool vintage video game that helped our kids to get thru rainy day. Definitely recommend staying there and will consider renting again!

This cottage was absolutely adorable! The check in process was super easy literally just a text message and show up.. The location was perfect for a weekend getaway, just steps to the beach, a short driving distance to so many restaurants and a 12 min walk to put put golf. I would def recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing weekend getaway!

Thanks to Beach Time Rentals and the owners of Canary Cottage for a great place to stay. We stayed for 2 weeks on the Gulf side of Gulf Blvd. Less than 1 minute walk to the sand and no crossing Gulf Blvd!! Nobody living on top or on the side means no neighbor noise!! In unit laundry was awesome. I'd buy the place if they were selling!! Stay here. You won't regret it. The entire staff of Beach Time Rentals were/are superb. Thanks to Heidi, Joanie, Mona, Bill and Jonathan!! See you guys soon. Thanks- Chuck & Amy.

Smaller than what the picture look like. Stayed with another couple, it was more like just a place to sleep. First night found glass in my bed, just tells me they didn't clean it well at all. They responded to my concern fast though since it was 10 at night. Second night the air went out, couldn't even stay in the place all day necklace it was miserable with the heat and they couldn't get the company to come till 4pm. The one bedroom the closet wouldn't stay shut, you can barley walk in the room or was so small and the bed and dresser where big that you just had a small walk way.Beds where very uncomfortable, really hard. Kept finding ants, I would clean the area and they come right back.
The area however was great. Perfect walking distance to the beach and they had a great little shopping center across the street. There was a great ice cream shop, store and restaurant.
I know my stay wasn't great, Hopefully they can fix a few of their flaws and this place will be great.
