The location is nice. Located on W. Beach Blvd so the traffic is not as bad as E. Beach Blvd. Beach access was directly across the street, maybe a 2 minute walk and nice pool area.There is a little plaza walking distance from the unit with a restaurant, milkshake/ice cream shop and little grocery store. The owners, Al and Vicki were very nice and were very quick to respond to any questions we had. The unit was decorated nicely and had a great beachy vibe and nice seating on the outside deck area with great views of the ocean and lagoon and a great breeze in the evenings. The beds were very comfortable, slept like a baby all week!
All the steps (51) to get to the third floor. This is not the owners fault but climbing them multiple times a day was rough in the heat. The steps are not mentioned in description, I just happened to see someone mention it in another review.The parking space is tight, right next to the steps so we parked in the overflow parking area (grass) which was ok. The unit itself was nice, says it accommodates 7 which would be a tight fit as seating in the living room is very limited. Kitchen could use some updated cookware and a butcher block knife set. Does have a new electric skillet though which was nice. The outdoor grill area should have signs reminding people to clean up after themselves and to make sure they put out the fire when they're done using it. Again not the owners fault but one night someone left a full blown fire in the grill and it was a bit windy that night and charcoal was thrown all over the ground.

It was clean
6 flights of stairs, my husband has had 2 knee replacements, and severe asthma. This was not relayed to us. We are too old to be climbing that many stairs. There is not a king bed nowhere in the place, it was a queen. It is not on the beach. It it a walk across the beach. We are exhausted from this stay. The way it was worded and pictures make it look like it is on the beach. Oh and one of the barstools was broken when we got there. I took a picture so I’d have a time stamp of it.
