Very clean. All the staff were friendly and smiling, something we didn’t experience elsewhere earlier in the week. This makes you feel more welcome.
Being served drinks in the wrong glasses, wine and single spirits in goblets.

We love this hotel. The staff are exceptional. The rooms are extremely comfortable and cleaniness is their motto. Ten out of ten. A beautiful swimmimg pool enhances the experience alongside the La Brasería Ibéric'a Restaurant, open in the evenings, where we've enjoyed delicious cuisine, time after time. For a 3 star hotel it delivers beyond expection.
The breakfast, sadly, let's the hotel down, and is under whelming.
Everything has been thought of but it but there is no waitor service. Crockery and cutlery run out, which means finding someone to ask for replacements. Coffee, tea and hot water are from a machine which is not monitored. Fruit is sparce and uninteresting. Most of the pastries are prepacked, and can be stale. There is a variety of cereals, yoghurts and cold meats however but one is left to discover where they are. The intention to provide a good variable breakfast is there but it fails to deliver.

The actual room we had for our stay was lovely and clean, the shower and bathroom good, and the bed and facilities in the room very good. The outside area had 2 loungers which were very comfortable, however, the view overlooked a residential area.
The pool area was clean with plenty of sun beds and the pool was lovely and clean
The reception are was not manned and at times we were waiting up to 10 minutes to be seen, which is not good. the breakfast was truly awful and the restaurant attached did not open during our stay there, with the bar stooping serving at 9.45 pm, which was a tad frustrating
