Super conveniently located. Quiet even if in the centre. Room as per the pictures. Very comfortable and cozy. host very kind and available. Great to have the parking for a small fee.
Nothing to flag (just not super fan of the ac unit located at the bottom of the bed, but not a big issue if kept not too strong)

KasteliSuites was the perfect base for exploring Chania. The location is fantastic — within walking distance of countless restaurants, shops, bakeries, the port/marina, and the old town, so we could easily wander out for a meal or a coffee at any time of day.
The room was pristinely cleaned every single day, with fresh towels daily, and it was such a nice touch to find complimentary water, beer, wine, and sodas waiting for us.
But what really made our stay special was Alex. He was always so helpful and friendly, and clearly a great guide to the island — full of tips on where to eat and what to see. Whether we reached out on WhatsApp, called him, or just knocked on his door, he was always available and happy to help.
We couldn’t recommend KasteliSuites and Alex highly enough. A truly stellar stay!

Alex was very friendly and gave us great recommendations on what to do during our stay. Our suite was perfect for our 3 person group. The kitchenette was great for reheating food. There are quite a few areas in Crete where you cannot put toilet paper in the toilet but here you can! The area is perfect because you're so close to everything. 10 min walk to the bus station, you're in the old town so right when you walk out there's tons of shops and nightlife right there!
The showerhead wouldn't stay upright but worked perfectly fine.
