Bar-M (B) Unit is located walking distance to Moab's downtown shops, bars, and restaurants. Located 1 block off Downtown Main St. the location doesn't get any better. This property is BRAND NEW and CLEAN! It's a mix of everything you need to make you and your crews experience in Moab complete! With new construction and clean spaces you'll feel comfortable in the convenient location. The building is made of 4- Condos 5,000 sq ft of Convenient Accommodations in 1 building- Inside the Inn there are four separate condos each approximately 1200 sq ft. and includes everything you'll need for your stay except the food. Full Kitchen, 60" TV's, plenty of comfort for your whole crew. All units are equipped with roll out sofa beds, WiFi, A/c and heat, big screen TVs, full kitchen setup for cooking, linens, towels, bedding, pillows, laundry pods and dryer sheets as well as shower essentials. Bar-M has 2 Private King Bedrooms (1 Master ) and 2 full bathrooms. The loft has 2 Comfortable Queen sized beds and the sofa pulls out into a bed. This condo comes with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay except the food! Both bedrooms have ROKU TV's and a 60" ROKU TV in the living area. You'll have a private full size washer and dryer inside your condo. Please contact me if you'd like to rent more than 1 condo in the same building! This building is NON-Smoking and No Pets. Deck/ Patio area- Perfect for a quiet night of star gazing or resting after a day of fun. There are 2 Hot tubs available and cleaned all year, as well as 2 BBQ and 2 seating arrangements for entertaining. Quiet time is 10PM-6AM. Outdoor Unpaid Parking- There is plenty of free street parking right around the Downtown Inn Moab. Just across the street is great trailer parking! Nice open layout. Lots of kitchen utensils pots, pans, baking sheets which was really nice for Thanksgiving dinner! Bring your own coffee. Stairs for the little ones makes it a challenge. Parking is limited for truck and trailer but available across street.We would stay again.

We stayed here to be close to downtown, and close to Arches and Canyonlands. The location did not disappoint. The unit was clean, modern and well cared for, plenty of space for us.

We had a great stay, the listing was accurate and the location was great. The loft is low but we had expected that- 2 super comfy beds up there. The beds were actually all comfortable and there were lots of nice touches- areas to hang clothes, plenty of towels and pillows, games, few condiments, etc. The only reason I gave 4 star on cleanliness was because we did have ants in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms (not related to any food out)- I did let the host know right away and she was apologetic and offered a solution which we liked. I think it was more of a seasonal situation rather than a chronic issue if I had to guess.
We’d recommend and would stay there again if we come back

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The place is very clean and comfortable with a great location near downtown. The furniture is in great condition and comfortable and pretty much everything about the location is great. The only very minor downsides were that the parking was sometimes a little inconvenient in that we had to park down the road a ways. Also, more kitchen equipment would be nice, like a blender and other minor items. Other then that, everything is excellent!

We were a party of 7 older adults ( 5 of us have been friends since childhood/high school) who met to visit the "Mighty Five" parks in Utah. Great location to visit Canyonlands and Arches. Enjoyable to be able to walk from the condo to downtown shops/eateries. The loft is great for kids, but two of us seniors were able to still enjoy it. The back patio with hot tubs was not as inviting unkempt. Thanks for a great stay.

This was the perfect place for our family of 6 - 4 adult children. Everyone had their own space and there was plenty of room in the living room and kitchen to stretch out. The check in process was very easy and the place was very clean and modern. It is less than a block from all the shops and restaurants in Moab. Very comfortable stay.

Condo looks recently renovated. Super clean. Very comfortable. Living area was perfect for four people. Walk in showers were clean and appeared new. Located one street of main. Very quite but still in the middle of Moab.

One block from main street. Walk or bike to most locations in town of Moab. Easy access to national and state parks.
Two beds up the ladder probably should be used for agile teenagers only, not good for adults, especially older ones like me. A little dangerous going up and down ladder, have to crawl when you get to top to access bed.

This place is so cute. Just a block of Main Street. We walked to the restaurants/shops every evening. The only thing I’d say was not the best was the hot tubs. One of the hot tubs is broken so there was only one for all the units to share. When we went to get in the hot tub there was a family already in it. So we weren’t able to use it. The family that was in it said it wasn’t very clean and had a weird smell. But the condo was so adorable. I’d definitely stay here again.

Condo was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked and functional. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants and shops. Really no negatives. We didn’t sleep in the loft because we didn’t need the extra beds. The stairs to the loft are steep and wouldn’t work for anyone with mobility issues or small children.

Bar-M in Moab is a beautiful rental. It is very well appointed and has everything g you might need for a stay. We loved the location and our teens enjoyed being able to walk into town for coffee, ice cream or shopping after long days of hiking. Would highly recommend this rental.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at the Downtown Inn Bar M unit! What a gem in Moab - very generous size of the unit with lovely simple finishes, comfortable beds, loft that the kids were obsessed with but still felt safe, hot tub around the corner that was clean and fun, and walking distance to Main Street and all restaurants. We will definitely be back!

This property is a gem! Perfectly located within walking distance of great restaurants and shops in downtown Moab and close drive to Arches. Everyone in our party was comfortable and we were able to enjoy our time both within the units and on the patio. The beds were very comfortable and several members of our party even ordered the pillows that were provided because they were so nice. The host was very easy to reach if we had any questions and check in/check out were a breeze. Look forward to staying here again in the future!

The location could not be better! A block away from the center of town with easy walking access to the best restaurants and shops. The unit was clean, modern, and included everything we needed to stay comfortable. Stephanie was very responsive to a few questions we sent her and accommodated all of our requests. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit is only a block from the main drag (Main St), so it was great to be able to just walk to any restaurant after a day out on the trails. The apartment is clean, modern and well equipped. Our was very responsive and great to work with.

We were located about 10 minutes from the Arches and one street back from Main St. We could easily walk to many restaurants. It was very clean and well kept. It was perfect for my family of 5, with children ranging from 19-13.
