It's a mix of everything you need to make you and your crews experience in Moab complete! With new construction and clean spaces you'll feel comfortable in the convenient location. The building is made of 4- Condos 5,000 sq ft of Convenient Accommodations in 1 building- Inside the Inn there are four separate condos each approximately 1200 sq ft. and includes everything you'll need for your stay except the food. Full Kitchen, 60" TV's, plenty of comfort for your whole crew. All units are equipped with roll out sofa beds, WiFi, A/c and heat, big screen TVs, full kitchen setup for cooking, linens, towels, bedding, pillows, laundry pods and dryer sheets as well as shower essentials. Deadhorse has 2 Private King Bedrooms (1 Master ) and 2 full bathrooms. The loft has a Comfortable Queen sized bed and the sofa pulls out into a bed. This condo comes with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay except the food! Both bedrooms have ROKU TV's and a 60" ROKU TV in the living area. You will have a stacking washer and dryer inside your condo, that is private for your use only. Please contact me if you'd like to rent more than 1 condo in the same building! This building is NON-Smoking and No Pets. Deck/ Patio area- Perfect for a quiet night of star gazing or resting after a day of fun. There are 2 Hot tubs available and cleaned all year, as well as 2 BBQ and 2 seating arrangements for entertaining. Quiet time is 10PM-6AM. Outdoor Unpaid Parking- There is plenty of free street parking right around the Downtown Inn Moab. Just across the street is great trailer parking! Everything about this property was stellar. There were loads of towels, cooking equipment, plenty of beds (super super comfy beds), extremely convenient location to main Street, restaurants, and stores. And the host was very communicative about when the property was ready and if I needed anything to text her. I absolutely would stay here again.

This property is exactly as it is described in the listing. Parking is easy. The location is fantastic. The AC works. After busy days of exploring the outdoors, coming home to this clean well-laid out apartment was a joy. We had a great stay here and would return on a future trip to Moab. The only reason I marked cleanliness a 4 was the loft viewed the top of the bar over the kitchen which could use a good dusting/clean. Tossed candy and dust on it is invisible from the ground, but visible from the loft. I'm sure the owner will attend to that soon, as the rest of the place was immaculate.

The Deadhorse was a fantastic place for our family to stay in Moab for spring break in April. It was an easy check-in and check-out process. The property was clean, modern, and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. It was very close to Main Street, yet was quiet and felt removed. The washer/dryer and hot tub were great amenities after a day of being adventurous. The only negative issue were the ants. We had to be careful about food on the counters,. We definitely recommend this property for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay.

This is a fantastic property in a great location - just 1 block off the main street. There's a bedroom/bedroom along the front street and one in the back, plus a third bed in a loft. Given the space and location, this is a good value. Things to know: This unit is on the north end of the building. The shared community space (with 2 hot tubs, grills, etc.) are immediately outside the window. Just next door is a fire station. One night, we heard fire engines quite late. As other reviewers have noted, we did experience some ants in the kitchen. But if you take out trash daily and keep really clean, it is manageable. The kitchen has the basic appliances and dishes, but no supplies - bring your own. The pots and pans are really high quality. The washer/dryer are fantastic and very useful. The hot tub is wonderful, especially after a long day of hiking. The beds are really comfortable. We'll definitely consider returning on our next trip.
