Location
Was cold even with the fire, and upstairs the heaters were loud. Not being able to leave on because of fan noise.

I loved the location and how everything was close it was warm and inviting the fire place
There was some outside cockroaches in the rooms and the oven didn’t work for us

Great size and a lovely layout
Dirty, I don't think this had been cleaned for a while, I had to clean the bathroom sink before using it. Cockroaches in the bedrooms (🤢). I refused to use the downstairs loo. It's a shame as this could be a tremendous house. Money has obviously been spent on downstairs furniture & a new kitchen & appliances but it needs a deep clean & a lick of paint. Bare lightbulbs are not a good look
