The unit is spacious and beds in bedrooms were comfortable. The pull out mattress was not. The sliding door handle was broken as were many of the vertical hanging blinds. The bedroom blinds handle was broken off making it very difficult to open and close blinds. No blackout curtains. Our unit was overlooking a busy street with view of small shops and sounds of cars and traffic. The carpets and tiles in the bathroom need a deep clean. The gym and pool were fantastic! And parking garage was convenient. It was a very long walk to Venice Beach, we ended up renting scooters to get there which was fun.

Location was good, within walking distance to most places. The condo was extremely clean.
We waited for roughly an hour in a parking lot when meeting someone to get the keys. They seemed pretty busy and in a rush.

The location was nice - there was room for all of us and there was grocery shopping, restaurants, and gas stations near by. Monica, who met us and gave us the keys, was wonderful! She was very personable and helpful!
The cleanliness could have been better - some hairs in the bathroom sinks/tubs when we arrived. Some of the dishes look like they weren't rinsed properly before being run through the dishwasher. The beds were not very comfortable - could definitely use better pillows.

Die Lage. Supermärkte, Strand und der Flughafen waren nicht weit entfernt. Die Tiefgarage. Die Größe der Unterkunft war für 8 Personen optimal.
Personal/ Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hatten eine sehr lange Verspätung und trotzdem alles super abgelaufen. Danke dafür.
Die Küchen Ausstattung war für 8 Personen nicht vorhanden.
Zweites Badezimmer Reparaturbedürftig. Kaum Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn. Waschmaschine und Trockner müssten mal gereinigt werden.

The location was good. The apartment was very clean. Places to grab a bite or a coffee walking distance. Not far from the marina and downtown. The beds were very comfortable.
At first I was a bit uncomfortable meeting the host and following to the garage. Had I not been with my husband, I would have been more uncomfortable. However, once we were in the building, he was nice and informative. Had I read more reviews, I would have been prepared. I think the listing should be clearer about the check-in process. The living area furnishings looked like used hotel furnishings, not very comfortable.

This apartment is located in a luxurious building in a very nice area of LA. It is modern and well equipped for 6 pax.
We really enjoyed the swimming pool too. The lady met us at 02:00AM to give us the key. The garage is easy to access from the main building.
- only 4 chairs on the balcony where as we were 5 pax
- the air con stopped working after our 1st days - it was quite hot in the apartment
- the dishwasher did not work, water was flowing from the machine on the floor of the kitchen.
- the fridge water system did not work so we had to buy mineral water
- beds sheets were not really new (holes)

Hard to find something we liked
day 1: we could not enter the appartement on time due to flood (boiler in own appartement); not cleaned properly
day 2: flood in appartement above, water running down from the ceiling lights (very dangerous, they could not care less)
day 3: maintenance team broke up room to fix the consequences from both floods, although it was agreed that hese - at that time non urgent - repairs would be made after we left. The broke up bedroom / left bathroom very dirty (again) & messed up our living room. They installed very noisy equipment making it virtually inhabitable.
4-5 different people contacting us, often telling us to contact somebody else
None of the people you talked to had no clue what was going on or could not decide anything without speaking to other different people who then decided opposite things than was agreed
No way near Venice beach. Walking to Marina Del Rey is possible is you don't mind passing countless homeless people.
No luxury, unless you like many (> 10) thinks broken. When we mentioned it, the just replied 'we know'
Whole building looks good at first glance but overall build quality is crap, even recent elevator did not work

It was spacious, comfortable and the host was so friendly and welcoming. Everything was working (except the window blinds). Well equipped kitchen.
The only thing was that all the window blinds were not working. It was hard to let natural light into the apartment. But we overall enjoyed our stay!

This was new own quiet apartment with safe and perfect location. The apartment was very spaceful and and plenty of rooms. Pool was warm and large to relax. Furnitures and rooms were modern and lighful what we liked. Even outside was hot, apartment was cool. In addition, cooling system was quiet!
The balcony was to one of the trafic street so we didn't spend much time overthere just because of the noise. The noise was not bathering inside so nights were peacefuls.

The outdoor area was nice, although lots of things weren’t working. As an example, one of the full time residents said they’d lived there two years and the fire pits had never worked in that time. Gym was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of space in the apartment for a group of 6 adults. Shops and restaurants close by.
Some areas in the apartment weren’t very clean, ie at the side of the bed was a receipt and comb left from previous guests, coffee machine was dirty. There were also marks on some of the towels (which we quickly got replacements for). Also a few of the items were broken/didn’t work properly. We informed our contact who asked us to contact another member of their staff at the building and get them to come around. In all honesty, we were out a lot so didn’t want to wait around for somebody to come and start fixing lamps and coffee machines. Traffic can be pretty noisy if you’re a light sleeper but that’s nothing that can’t be fixed with some ear plugs.

Great location, includes 2 parking spots
Very limited kitchen supplies. House fits up to 8 people but the dining table only fits 4. One of the bedrooms has a half missing window blind with light coming in in the morning. The hosts gave us 2 sets of keys but only one had the garage key which was a bit annoying with 2 cars.

i like how clean it was and the location was great.
that we needed to meet someone to get the keys for the apartment, and give an approximate time of arrival. we were doing a road trip through California and we were traveling with a toddler so we had to make several stops on the way. But overall it was fine, we communicated with the staff and they were very understanding.

The bathrooms were large, and the kitchen was well appointed.
Several of the lights and outlets did not work, but we were able to work around this issue.

The apartment was exactly what we needed. Spacious, comfortable and practical. Monica kindly welcomed us and introduced us to the functions of the house and from that moment we have been autonomous in the management.
There is nothing that we did not like.
Only one small suggestion is to darken the rooms facing east with an additional curtain

It was right across the street from a mall.
Lots of noise from the street.
No electric in the one bedroom.

elevator didn’t work on the building, had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with a baby and strollers. The re was an elevator on the other side of the building, you had to walk all the way to the other side, then walk all the way back to get to the garage.Fridge wasn’t working, spoiled all our food asked to be reimbursed no one responded after.

Apartment had everything we needed and the apartment complex was amazing with Pools etc
Just a small issue of not enough towels for our group, but everything else was amazing. And Monica and her husband who meet us was So lovely and welcoming and keep in very close communication regarding our arrival time etc

The amount of space for two guys was great. Noise level was good and the amenities were wonderful.
The door was a little wonky but I brought that up privately and it didn't have much of an impact on my stay.

Really beautiful building, plenty of space, washer and dryer nice to have as well as nice kitchen. The pool is amazing too!
Unnecessary stress because address is a Landmark not actual address and I didn't understand that at first but turned out to be a nice stay.
