La pire réservation et le pire séjour jamais réalisé avec Booking …

Le parking gratuit Un supermarché à proximité

D’ abord un problème avec la facturation, ayant payé 1126$ au lieu de 766$ … La propriétaire dit que c’ est Booking qui gère les tarifs et le paiement, et Booking joue la sourde oreille , en demandant une copie d’ écran de la réservation, avant le paiement … ( qui fait ça ? ) Pas possible de refaire une nouvelle réservation aux mêmes dates , car plus de disponibilités… Message de la propriétaire : Hi dear lovely Pascal, We understand your concern, but we are not the who charges you or holds your money. Simply we adjust our prices and rest is taken care of booking. For this concern you have to contact with booking customer service. Best Regards. - concernant les renseignements pour accéder au logement , pas d’ infos sur Booking , mais par WhatsApp…. Pas pratique quand on est en panne de connexion cellulaire… on a perdu plus de 3 heures pour trouver le logement , après être arrivé à la bonne adresse indiquée sur l’ annonce . Mais personne ne connaissait l’ établissement . Ce qui est normal, car il s’ agit d’ un immeuble d’ habitation avec une location RBNB … Pourquoi ne pas indiquer uniquement le nom de l’ immeuble , le code du parking , l’ étage et le code d’ entrée de l’ appartement ? - un seul ascenseur avec parfois attente +++ - Coursives sinistres - Petit studio , et non pas une suite … Vue sur un immeuble et une cour fermée…, ressemblant à une prison … - Pas de rideau opaque , et donc lumière des spots durant la nuit et du jour tôt le matin ( 6h … ) - Lampe à l’ entrée et du dressing grillées - climatisation bruyante - grande ( trop ?

Schade, dass es nicht so ganz geklappt hat.

Die Lage war für schöne kleine Spaziergänge am Hafen Marina Del Rey gut oder um nach Santa Monica zu kommen oder nach Venice Beach. Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet mit allen Utensilien, die man so brauchen könnte. Gleich daneben ein Supermarkt, der gefühlt immer offen hat! Der Pool ist beheizt und groß.

Bei der Ankunft wurde nur per Nachrichten geschrieben, wie man wo hin kommt und was der Code fürs Zimmer ist. Wir hätten uns eine direkte Ansprechsperson gewünscht. Da man außerhalb kein WLAN hat, hat es etwas gedauert bis ich die Nachrichten bekam und wir haben uns verloren gefühlt. Ich hatte ein zwei Zimmer Appartment erwartet, doch wir hatten nur eines. Küche, Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer in einem. Leider war der Kühlschrank der Küche so laut, dass mein Freund überhaupt nicht schlafen konnte. Auf die Frage (per Nachrichten), ob sie was anderes hätten, hieß es sie sind die Woche ausgebucht. Wir waren aber zwei Wochen da und haben hier nicht mal die Möglichkeiten angeboten bekommen für die zweite Woche zu wechseln. (Schade!) Es war zwischen den Gebäuden immer sehr windig

Mainio asunto, hyvällä paikalla!

Asunto oli hyvällä paikalla, Melko lähellä Venicebeachia ja lähellä lentokenttää. Ruokakauppa vieressä ja ravintoloita ympäristössä. Yhtiössä kuntosali, uima-ja poreallas. Pyykinpesu-ja grillausmahdollisuus. Autopaikka parkkihallissa. Erinomainen pidempään oleskeluun. Kommunikointi omistajan kanssa sujui helposti.

Asunto oli muuten siisti, mutta pinnat jääneet hieman huonolle siivoukselle.

le studio est très bien équipé. une grande surface est juste en bas et ça c'est top, on peut faire des courses en 5 minutes.

le quartier n'est pas très attractif pour sortir le soir, Venice Beach est loin à pieds, ce qui oblige à prendre la voiture.

Overpriced

Very clean apartment and supplied adequately. Communication with the host was prompt and attentive.

Fire alarms went off at night after arrival and on departure day at 7 am. We were out a lot and maybe they go off regularly. The checkin process is complicated. There is little nearby to walk to. The building itself is not well looked after outside the unit but everything was working ok. There is no balcony and only one window area.

Absolutamente nada

Esto no es un hotel , es un apartamento en muy malas condiciones y las fotos que publican para nada se corresponden con la realidad. Desde paredes destruidas hasta manchas de sangre en las cortinas del baño, pasando por un check in donde el dueño de este lugar que alquila por casi $300/ noche en las fechas que nosotros reservamos, te envía un video al llegar en el que te muestra un tutorial surrealista de cómo conseguir la llave del apartamento que está escondido en una caja con forma de piedra en la entrada del edificio… Después les vuelves a llamar para reclamar todo lo que está sucediendo y como es una reserva previo pago y ya tienen su dinero no les importa nada más . Tuvimos que buscarnos otro alojamiento ya que obviamente no podíamos quedarnos en ese lugar en esas condiciones y pedimos la devolución del dinero ya que eso no era lo que habíamos reservado y por lo que habíamos pagado casi $3000 por 10 días de estancia y tan sólo recibimos $2000 . Los comentarios anteriores serán de amigos y familiares porque la realidad es esta . Si quieres arruinarte tus vacaciones , reserva en este lugar !!

I had to leave 2 days early due to a family emergency and even though I knew that my stay was non refundable I wish they could have worked something out with me due to the circumstances and maybe refund me at least one of those days.

Loved staying at this place. The host was very responsive and friendly. Apartment was amazing, super clean, very modern and was actually a lot bigger than expected. Loved that they gave recommendations for some local and close by restaurants and bars. They were 10/10. Would love to stay here again!

The stay was very comfortable for us! The complex had a great deal of amenities, such as pool and jacuzzi access, a gym, and parking. In terms of things to do nearby, the apartment is right on the marina, there is a short 10-minute walk to venice beach, a good number of fantastic restaurants. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting LA, as it is only a 15-minute drive from LAX. The host is also very prompt with communication.

Loved it- super comfortable, beautiful and thoughtful

Loved the thoughtful decor, from the beautiful wise grey horse painting, to the fairy lights and beautiful colour on the ceiling. Our boys loved the chocolate and candy bowl too. 😍😍😍 the beds were SUPER COMFY!!

Only one tiny thing- we couldn’t find the plug for the bath tub.

The neighborhood is safe and the fitness and pool are great.It is about 4 km from Venice Beach and I like to walk in the morning.Ralph supermarket is just outside the neighborhood, very convenient

Absolutely loved my stay here! I actually used to live in this apartment building when I lived in LA and it was like a trip down memory lane! Love the neighborhood! Host was communicative and gave clear instructions. Parking was easy to find as well. Apartment was nice and spacious!

Everything exceeded our expectations! The community was so clean and had many amenities. Everything is near by, 5- 10 min drives. Groceries and restaurants close enough to walk too. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook a meal. The home was so clean, the bathroom was stocked with toiletries as well. I would definitely stay here again. The host was so responsive and helpful.

It's a comfortable and nice place to stay. Ralph and Trader Joe's are easy to access, and it's nice to walk around Venice Beach. Santa Monica Beach is also a short bus ride away. It was a satisfying accommodation in many ways.
