The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes walk from the train station and St Stephens shopping centre.
Staff were also brilliant and were very accommodating.
The hotel itself is very dated. The rooms could do with a refurb, although they are big rooms, ideal size for a family.
The shelves and wardrobe was very dusty and the bathroom tap was almost hanging off. The pillows have also seen better days.
The corridors are very dated and smell of cheap air freshener.
The main bar was also closed throughout our stay and the bar next door (linked to the hotel) doesn't permit children after 6pm so there is nowhere to relax outside of the room in the evening, despite the bar next door being almost empty.
Overall the stay was overpriced considering it was a Tuesday night (albeit in half term), which would put me off staying again. I paid almost £125 for a room.

The location is brilliant if going to see anything in hull. Town centre is across a road and small walk to everything.
Expected with it being city centre it’s loud. Because it’s on the main road and the turning to the hospital can be very very noisy with that.

Great location if a bit noisy in street facing rooms.
Lovely staff, good linen.
Exceptional value for money.
