The newly renovated room was very clean and comfortable.
The Hotel is undergoing a significant renovation, the standard of room is very good. Due to the Renovation there is limited facilities for Breakfast/Dining are. More attention to clear the areas around the stairs and walkways, even during the renovation this would improve the overall look.
I was greeted by a really friendly receptionist, who was more than happy to help when needed.

The newly refurbished room was great and the member of staff who I spoke with upon arrival was lovely. The location was perfect for my trip to Hull as well.
I wasn't able to connect the TV to the internet to use it's smart TV capabilities due to be it being locked in hospitality mode and the internet not being already being signed in but aside from that all was perfect, this was only a minor issue. Though it wasn't an issue during my stay, I did notice that there wasn't any controllable heating which might be a problem during winter.

Accommodation was fine but they are still not able to offer full breakfast facilities and claim to have informed you of this.
Full breakfast facilities would have been nice.⁰
