Perfect area on the boardwalk; right at the beach; the room and hotel smelled good and was clean; there was an elevator and cart to haul your luggage and supplies: the pool was nice size and warm; and we liked the balcony and the outdoor shower to wash sand off.
Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. If I needed anything, they were prompt and happy to help. They also accommodated my wishes for the top floor and beach front view.
Door handle was missing on the freezer and handle was loose and kept falling off of the mini-fridge. Was still able to use the fridge though. Also, the freezer needs defrosted as it has a layer of ice inside. The price is high (which is understandable due to location), but also having to pay a separate fee for parking, room deposit, and a tip for housekeepers is a bit much with the price of everything in town.

Good location, right on the boardwalk, close to the beach. Clean room
I booked a room that said sea view, which it was but, it was on the side of the building. They had options for side sea view but I booked sea view specifically because I thought it would be facing the ocean. The rinse area for washing off after the beach is in the front of the building, it would be a lot more convenient to have it on the side, but still better then not having one at all. Anyone can access the building through the stairwell on side of the building.
