Convenient and spacious beach apartment

Location on the board walk with easy access to the beach, large spacious apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen facilities with refrigerator dishes sand pots and pans.

Facilities are old and need updating. Parking lot is difficult to get in and out of.

very nice and clean place to stay

It was a delightful time. The staff were all great!!! Staying here was something I had always wanted to do since I was a child. I always dreamed of sitting and rocking in the chairs watching the waves and the passers by on the boardwalk . Hopefully I will be able to do this again, but during the summer season when everything is open and a little warmer. My husband and I would really like to be able to do this.

I was fine, but my cousin wanted a coffee maker.

Apt for party of 8, but only 2 towels, no bedding for sofa bed. Broken bathroom door lock.

The staff and the front desk were not very nice- they made us feel like we were bothering them.

the bathroom is very old, it needs a renovation, the sofa bed was super uncomfortable, the mattress very worn as well as the mattresses of the beds

Dirty, no elevator, too expensive for how run down it is. Staff is great though but way overpriced. Also no housekeeping

loved the ocean front view & the street location.

definitely didn’t like that there wasn’t a key to the side stairs (only 2 flights of stairs be 4). 4 flights of stairs was a little rough at 8 months pregnant with a bunch of children with us. but I should have read more thoroughly.

It was right on the boardwalk. Rocking chairs were great.

The room was tiny for what I paid. The bed was uncomfortable, bathroom had some mold on the wall in the corner. Tv didnt work.

I reserved a ocean view and wasn’t ocean view, parking was a big issue .. it was supposed to be included in the reservation and apparently they don’t have too many spaces

Not worth the price.

Location was great

Us up until 3 330 am. We got the top floor apartment. The bathroom had an old clawfoot tub. The shower was very cramp and no hot water or pressure in the shower. No elevator. It was to be families only but under us was about 25 college kids that kept

Had a great time.

Loved the boardwalk front porch and rockers. Loved being so close to the inlet. Parking was great. Staff were friendly, nice to deal with. Price was right for the condition of the facility.

The Facilities are overdue for a makeover. They are Dated and tired. I am not up on streaming so was unable to find a local tv station for the news. Didn’t like that.

Disappointing

The location right on the boardwalk was great. We enjoyed the rocking chairs.

The rooms were very old and smelled musty. Overall it could have been cleaner. The one room had a ceiling leak that ‘grew’ over the course of our stay….we were there 5 days and did not get either room cleaned and we had to hunt down our own towels.

My stay was amazing. Right on the boardwalk.

The location is definitely a plus. The cleanliness however could’ve been a little better. The owners should invest a little in remodeling. Other then that our stay was amazing.. air conditioner was amazing

There was stains on the ceiling, the microwave didn’t work. If you are looking for something fancy this is not for you. But if looking just for a place to sleep and shower it’s a plus.

Pool was nice. I really dont have nothing else to say.

The apartment was not handicap accessible like it was suppose to be. Apartment was not clean. I had to clean it when we arrived. Called to talk with manager. He was to busy to deal with any problems just wanted us to leave. Just travel 4 hrs with two handicapped people wasn't turning around. Was told someone would come down and try to figure out a way to get our pap in the bathroom since wheel chair wouldn't go in. Nope no one showed up. Called the 2nd time that girl was rude and but me on hold until i finally hung up the phone. Kitchen way small. Only one person could get in it. Ants were everywhere in kitchen. Kitchen was hot because they have the only window caulked shut. Ac units are old. Don't work very well. Had to clean the screens in those when we arrived so we could get some cool air. For the price this place gets a night, It should have been cleaned at least. We were there for Monday thru Saturday and we had to use the same towels over again. I just finally went to the laundry mat down the street. And to top everything off. Owners have three vehicles sitting in front off the apartment knowing that we have a handicapped person there. You would think they would give up one spot for a handicapped veteran. NOPE. Nice people.
