It was close to the boardwalk and beach. At night it was peaceful. Our room was clean with little soaps shampoo and conditioner, clean towels and hand towels. A mini fridge to keep your drinks chilled and TV. The staff in the office were amazing.
There is nothing we disliked about the property.

The location was perfect. Loved how I could bring my dog! parking was great never worried about leaving and losing our spot there’s was always spots available! staff was wonderful! LOVED the deck! it was truly a wonderful place to stay at! Will 100% stay again! if you are reading this and you read any prior reviews like I did ignore them this place isn’t no five star resort hotel it’s your regular basic hotel place for you to lay your head down and enjoy your vacation. Most of the bad reviews are just picky people that I bet their house isn’t out any cleaner than this motel.

The location is so convenient to the board walk right across the street. The beds are super comfortable and clean sheets and blankets were very clean also spacious we had our dog with is so there was enough room for us and him to move around.
The blinds were broke and you could see in the room so we had to put towels in the window. when you turn the water on in the sink it leaked water out on the floor every time.

location to beach and boardwalk was the only luxury
Room was dirty and small. Parking lot and spots were small with many large trucks making it hard to pull in and out. The parking lot smelled like urine. The door to the room seemed very unsecured (only a handle lock, no security bar or bolt) and had a large gap at the bottom letting flies and mosquitos in. There was no shampoo or towels/turndown services mentioned or offered nor the opposite... a "do not disturb" sign to hang out. TV was small, furniture old, and walls desperately need a fresh paint job. The bathroom was very small, easily flooded with water, and no place to hang towels. There was no curtain to shade from the blinding parking lot light outside the room... so it was not dark in the room at night. People were walking by the front door all through the night and could be heard through the thin walls, window, and gap in the door. We paid the additional $60 to check in early when the room was already vacant and "clean" which seemed to be a "scam" way to tact on extra cost. We got 1 metal key and an additional metal key required a $25 cash deposit... even though it was clear in the booking that it was 2 adults with 2 beds...
