Close to the broadwalk and the beach

Location on boardwalk, beach access, pet friendly. There were two pools and a tiki bar. Rooms included a small kitchen. The staff was friendly and responsive. The Anchor restaurant was a great, no fuss restaurant. We stopped there for to-go food and drinks for the beach.

Hotel has water leaks everywhere through porch soffit, floors we're slippery and my gf is handicapped so it wasn't safe for her to walk
Supposed to have Ocean Front, ended up with Ocean view, which i totally was deceived. The room rate for it not being Oceanfront was not worth it. The hotel next door had a view of us on balcony and vice versa. I told office when I checked in I wanted Oceanfront not Oceaview which is apparently not the same. Bath tub was dirty and staff barely spoke English
