I loved we could walk right out to the board walk and beach. We were right in the middle of everything which was so convenient! I loved the kids pool too. It was so nice to have a fun area to play with my toddler! Elevators were fast and the breakfast was actually really great it was more restaurant style (we ordered from a menu). Staff were so friendly as well we had a few questions and everyone was helpful. We had a clean room great view and no issues.

The big tub had mold in the jets, the kitchen had old food splatter on the side of the fridge, remote didn’t work, the room phone didn’t work, carpet had goo on it, kids pool slide needed repainted and made the slide too slow for the kids kept getting hung up, the lifeguards literally stayed on their cell phones the whole entire time, the front desk staff took down my cell phone number and told me they’d call me once my room is ready and they never did so. I waited until 4pm and went to go check and they said oh yeah your room’s been ready.

The kid pool was fun for the kids however was difficult to get chairs.
The air in the room would not go below 71.
The shower head did not have strong pressure and difficult to wash hair out.
