Great location, friendly staff. Parking very close to the hotel. Clean property and rooms. Balcony was private and great oceanfront room. Indoor swimming pool.
It wasn’t a big issue but we did have to find a housekeeper to get our coffee and some bathroom supplies restocked after the room was serviced. It was taken care of immediately so I don’t feel it was a big issue except it should have been done during servicing the room.

The property was in a great location right off the boardwalk. It had quick easy access to the beach.
The person whom checked me in didn’t try to accommodate a roll-out bed or a pullout couch or anything. We were traveling with 4 guests, 3 females, 1 male. (All friends) and we wanted to have a backup sleep option for someone so the male didn’t have to sleep with one of the females. The room was very basic barebones, nothing extravagant. The water pressure in the shower was poor and we were not able to get all of the sand out of our hair, our body crevices or the tub itself. It was very sandy everywhere.
The elevator took literally forever each time we had to use it. It was quicker to use the stairs. However I had been carrying a rolling cooler plus all of our luggage and it wasn’t feasible to use the stairs for that. I had to wait probably 10 minutes for the elevator to come up and several times it was full so I still couldn’t get on.
