We loved the location and quick access to the beach. We had one day of rain and the ability to go across the street to the sister hotel and swim indoors was a really nice bonus.
The only thing I can think of is our wait time for the elevator. We were on the fifth floor and because the hotel was busy sometimes it took a longer wait for the elevator to arrive. But, we weren’t in a rush to go anywhere so it wasn’t really a problem.

Beach chairs weren’t being sold after Labor Day. Major change that wasn’t detailed on their website

Clean, quiet rooms. Excellent location! Very pet friendly! Will definitely return.
A little short staffed during check-in. Rooms were not ready until well past five. Other than that, no other issues.

I specifically asked and paid for a room with an oceanveiw VIEW but got a view of the dune. We traveled from 3 states away and I had to stand on a chair on the balcony to see the ocean. Very disappointed. I was told I was getting a room WITH A OCEAN VIEW.
No Ocean view that I paid for and no clean towels until I asked staff in the hallway (3days in) The room was very nice but staff was for towels and toilet paper.
