Location is convenient, parking under hotel is also a nice perk.
It's filthy, rooms look ok on the surface but walk in socks for 10 seconds and your feet are black, in bare feet it feels like your walking on a dirty warehouse floor. Mop every once in a while. I also sat on the couch only to be covered in sand.
