Good location, fantastic staffs, everything was perfect. Especially, hostel staffs were so welcoming and they kindly managed every tours, like hot air balloon, horse riding, literally everything. Bed and toilet are always clean, breakfast is delicious, staffs are always kind, I definitely love this hostel!

Amazing staff and vibe. The private room was also spacious, cool from the heat and clean. Honestly, the best hostel I have stayed.

The atmosphere is good. There are always staff at reception helping with all the requests. They are very familiar with the local attractions and they also give updated good balloon price. Luggage storage and bathroom use before check-in and after check out. The room is extremely clean and big. The guesthouse is only 1 minute walk away from the bus station and close to everything.
