great kitchen facilities, very good location close to bus station and city centre, clean and comfortable bed, warm in the cold.
the walls are very thin so you can hear everyone moving around but for the price you pay this is a small sacrifice.

The central location, small rooftop that you could watch the balloons.
Shower over top of toilet but the place was similar price to a shared dorm in other location so even though the toilet area got a bit wet was still in private room.

I emailed the hotel telling them I will be late evening, but had no response. My flight was a extra 30min late and when I arrived no one was awake and the place locked up. I rang the doorbell 4-5 times with no answer. Then a very kind guest called out from the 3rd floor and opened the door for me and helped find my key and room. No one followed up with me the next day. Ive heard this issue happens frequently here.
However the room was clean, fairly comfortable and in a fairly good location.
Little care from the staff
