The breakfast was good. The locations was near the central Goreme (walking distance). The front desk staff were good, helpful and could communicate in English. The room was comfortable.
We requested early check-in. However, we had to wait longer time for check-in (after 1:30 pm).

Located in a quiet street off the main square, the hotel is quiet and a minute walk from restaurants and shops. I love to walk and did easy day day hikes to the Love and Rose valleys and the two open air museums. Nice terrace for breakfast and watching the balloons first thing in the morning. Rooms are basic but have nice character. Ask for an extra blanket if the night gets cool.
The bathroom had a Jacuzzi tub which did not appear to work.and had mold stains in the caulking. Otherwise use the room was quite clean

the staff
it was super dirty. I’ve arrived around 21:00 and when I entered the room and was ready to put my luggage on the closet I opened it and there were an open jar with pickled vegetables and crumbs I guess from bread all over the closet. when I’ve turned to see the rest I saw that there were bread crumbs all over the floor, side of the bed and inside the linens.
I’ve asked the guy in front and he offered me to charge the room but he said that he’s not gonna be sure if it’s clean or not. I’ve stayed at the first one with my sleeping bag.
next morning I’ve asked the guy to clean the room and I guess they clean it but not on the side of the bed.
anyway not satisfied at all.
