Stayed at Caldera Hotel in Cappadocia these past few days and was very satisfied overall — highly recommend!
The location is excellent, right next to the castle. It’s convenient to explore the surrounding area on foot and really soak in the unique landscape. The terrace has an amazing view — sitting outside in the morning or evening watching the rock formations and valleys change with the light is pure enjoyment, perfect for photos or just relaxing.
Breakfast is plentiful and varied, with a good mix of hot dishes, cold options, and local specialties. I looked forward to it every morning.
Service and the overall experience were comfortable and pleasant.
One small suggestion: the bathroom door is a bit low, so it’s easy to bump your head when going in or out. It would be helpful to add a clear warning sign or some soft padding on the frame.
All in all, a very enjoyable stay. I’d happily consider coming back here on my next trip to Cappadocia.

The hotel terrace has a great view, the same as in the promotional photo. Breakfast is the most satisfactory meal of my trip to Turkey. The room is spacious, clean and tidy.It was especially quiet, and there was no sound of the minaret at night.The ventilation system is so good that we need to turn on the air conditioner to keep warm at night in late June.
The street in front of the hotel is not spacious, the parking space is a bit narrow, and the end of the street is a broken road, which means you need to turn around when you go out.If you drive a large vehicle to reach the hotel, you may need to park your car in a nearby parking lot and walk a few minutes to reach the hotel.

The location is fantastic. Our room was beautiful (except for the shower). The breakfast was delicious.
Berfin, on Reception was the best. She was so helpful and kind. We REALLY liked her.
Halit, in the bar was very knowledgeable about Cappadocian wines. Nice guy.
As I said, our room was beautiful but the shower was very bad. Horrible in fact.
The stairs outside were dirty, everything needed a lot of love. Dead plants and broken things just beyond our terrace. Could be so much better with a little care.
