This cabin was a wonderful place for a family getaway. So many games and activities for kids and adults alike, and plenty of space for everyone. Lots of little amenities, too. Both Williams and Flagstaff are close by. The host was great and very communicative. Highly recommend!

This cabin had it all! Lots of games for the kids and the adults enjoyed the pool/ping pong table and the outdoor fire pit. There were 2 little four wheeler quads that my grandchildren had a ball riding. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals and the beds were so comfortable! The owners were so helpful with any questions we had and recommended other activities that were nearby. I definitely recommend this cabin, you won't be disappointed!

Great time at the cabin with friends and family. Easy access to the forest roads to play. The cabin was great to wind down and relax. The cabin games and tables kept the kiddos (and adults busy) Mario Kart champ here. Thanks again for the Parks rental. We will be back.

There are so many activities in the house we didn’t even have time to enjoy them all. This property was very thoughtfully put together and stocked with quality. Cabin is beautiful and this rental had it all. Stuff we didn't even know we needed was already onsite. The owner was very responsive and accommodating and available for questions through out our stay.
The kids had plenty to do and play with as well as the adults.
Beds are comfy which is a big plus when staying away from home.
Internet was reliable and accommodated our large group. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking in the area!

50 year wedding anniversary celebration with family
We rented this cabin to celebrate our 50 year wedding anniversary with our family. Very well maintained. Beautiful home and loved all the trees. Had all kinds of things to do for kids and family together. Would highly recommend for family gatherings. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to work with.

Perfect for a big family
We had the best time at the cabin. Felt very much like home. Plenty of room to spread out, lots of fun things to do. Loved the game room and the big fenced back yard. My kids had boundaries and felt safe. Communication with the homeowner was fantastic. He was super responsive and had tons of great suggestions for things to do in the area. Would HIGHLY recommend this place!

We are a large family age 10 to 66. The young people said it was like waking up Christmas morning with all the activities to choose from in and outside this lovely home. We would for sure return to this property in the future. Staying here created a stress free stay so we could focus on all the places we visited.

Best Cabin Ever
*****BOOK BOOK BOOK! I spent a whole weekend in this cabin with my family and let me tell you, the set up was absolutely perfect. From the arcade machines, pool table, ping pong table, dart board to the big acre lot was just amazing. There wasn’t a moment that my family wasn’t outside playing in the snow or playing games inside. It truly was a weekend to unwind and disconnect from the city life. You’re just a short 15 min away from the main city and 30 min away from Snowbowl were you can ski/snowboard. The communication from the owner was awesome and very accommodating! We’ll definitely be back!

Ski Getaway
This property lived up to our entire group’s expectations and then some. Our group traveled to Flagstaff for a winter getaway and a bit of skiing. The drive from the cabin to snow bowl was really easy and not to far. We spent our nights hanging out between the very open kitchen/living room and playing pool in the loft. The retro arcade machine was also a hit. 11 out of 10 would recommend!

Property was great and Eric is a great communicator. Issues was with the WiFi and cleanliness of the refrigerator and also had to deal with a full dishwasher without us having the knowledge of where the items went in the cabinets. Great location and what a beautiful home!!!

Stunning, true cabin!
Great getaway from the city, immaculate home, plush carpets in rooms/loft, comfortable beds, tons of games and movies, we'll definitely be back! The owners were very accommodating, super quick in responding to any questions. We were here for a family vacation, with all ages from babies to teens to adults- all were comfortable and had so much fun! The house had everything we needed from entertainment to kitchen amenities, we cooked all our meals there. They also provided an extensive list of near by attractions, which we used- we went to the deer farm and grand canyon railway. Cabin is in great location exactly between Flagstaff and Williams, which we used for more extensive groceries. The owners were so great, we did our best to leave the cabin as clean as we could. Thank you Eric and Melissa!
