Stylish and spacious, Avoca Waters Retreat is the ultimate family getaway accomodation boasting not only close proximity to the beach, but lake front access and a pool. From the entry there is a set of steps down to the front door or enter via the garage with internal split staircase, this relaxed holiday home features a full kitchen, multiple living spaces, entertaining deck and cosy sitting room with a fireplace. Ideally situated just a 10 minute walk to everything in town and a short drive to Terrigal, Copacabana or Macmasters Beach. Avoca Waters Retreat is the perfect base for guests to spend time together or explore all that the Central Coast has to offer while out and about. Perfectly suited to families or couples. Master bedroom contains a king bed, ensuite and walk-in robe. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 each contain a queen bed and built-ins. Bedroom 5 has a single and a trundle for kids and bedroom 6 has a bunk bed suitable for kids only. Pets allowed, up to 15kg.
