About this condo rental
Situated in Dennis Port, this attractive condo for $257 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This is luxurious one bed condo with living room, kitchen, large tiled bathroom with a double tiled shower and a really big deck that over looks the back yard and the pool area. This condo has a master bath that has been remodeled. It has a over sized shower unit that is a two person tiled and glass shower unit with a luxurious tile floor and new vanity with a vessel sink. The kitchen and the bathroom has been completely remodeled and is brand new. The bedroom has a queen size bed with brand new dressers with seating and has a flat screen TV so when you come home after dinner and stream a movie while you fall asleep in bed. Or relax on the deck for a drink before dinner after or coming back from the beach. Having a nice candle light dinner on the deck and then relax on the deck with a glass wine and watch the sun set. The condo is equip with a full kitchen, a 2 flat screen TV in the living room and bedroom with free WIFI and cable TV. The TV's and the WIFI are streaming ready so make sure you bring your laptops with you. The Condo is cleaned and sanitized with cleaning products and also with a portable infrared filtering system before you arrived and aired out before you arrived for your safety.

My wife and I had a great stay for for her surprise birthday weekend . The place was very clean, well kept and close to many local restaurants. We Really enjoyed our stay and our host was very accommodating.

My fiancé and I were so impressed with this little condo on the cape. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left the keys, we were so pleased with the amount of stuff available in the condo including dishes and a Kuerig! We also loved how close it was to all the amazing places we went. For our first vacation there, we loved it and we can’t wait to go back!

We were very pleased with everything but be aware there was no beach access nor a washer and dryer in the unit or on the property. Both of these are shown in the ad pictures in the listing. Overall we were very pleased and were able to do everything we wanted to do.

The best host we’ve ever had. Showed us around the rental, explained everything we needed to know. Was always available to answer questions and gave great recommendations! Great stay Jun 29 to July 3 2022
We had a great time in Cape Cod and the property is really central to travel any where on the Cape. We travelled by motorcycle and the parking was included and private with fencing. The property was great for the 2 of us and the pool was a bonus after a hot day travelling and we were often in it by ourselves. Great restaurant and walking trails across the street. Also a short drive to the Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard ferries. Chris was a great host and made sure we had all the information and everything we needed to be comfortable. Would stay again.

The place was easy to find and convenient for use exploring the cape. The pool was clean and fun for the kids. Overall your basic pool. Kayaking is available close by. The pull out bed was perfect for kids I wouldn’t recommend it for an adult. There was no microwave but there was a toaster oven. Bathroom was great with plenty of space. Balcony is huge. The listing was a little off as there is only 1 bathroom and no microwave. The owner was honest about renovations regarding that and issues he had. The new kitchen was nice for the small space and made up for the changes from the listing. I would recommend this for people wanting to do different things from a central location. It’s too far to walk to any beach but a quick drive.

We viewed a 1 bedroom 1.5 bath property but were given a 1 bedroom, 1 bath property. The pictures we viewed on this listing did not correspond to the property that we were given.
The owner contacted us a week before check in to let us know that our "rental unit" had had a water leak and asked us to check in a day later. Instead, he agreed to pay for a night's stay at a local hotel. He contacted us a few days before our stay to let us know the leak had been fixed and no alterations in our check in were necessary. After finding out that the owner had multiple units at the location, I'm not sure why he didn't put on in one of the other units. I still don't know why we were given the 1 bath unit and not the one listed and pictured.
We stayed in unit 18. It's small. Big enough for 2 people and maybe 1 child (if traveling with children-but it will be tight). The kitchen is also small and has no microwave. I had planned on making some dinners at the unit but we only successfully were able to make breakfast and lunches. If you plan to cook there, bring everything that you need. Equipment is limited and you need to think of everything that you need...including salt/pepper.
Across the street from the unit are 2 wonderful and fun restaurants. Good places for dinner and drinks. Additionally, kayaking is also available across the street. There is a pool on location, but we did not check that out during our stay.
We liked the location. We were on the go everyday and it was easy to get to the places we were headed. 20 min from Hyannis port. 45 min from the National Seashore.
Chris was a nice owner and very accommodating. He was on site for a few days we were there.
Overall, we can recommend the location if you are just looking for a place to lay your head and rest up after a day of adventures. However, if you are traveling with children or are looking for a place to be part of your adventure, this Unit 18 is not for you.
Final thought...we recommend that you confirm that you are going to stay in the unit you view.

I travel frequently and have stayed in many vacation homes, however this was probably the worst. The first red flag should have been the call at 8 PM the night before our arrival asking if we could reschedule and he’d ‘comp us a long weekend’. He claimed a pipe had burst and was needing to finish some painting. We politely declined as we were flying in from the other side of the country and weren’t rescheduling our trip (and didn’t care about unpainted walls). Well, turns out it was a kitchen remodel that wasn’t finished in time, which could have been communicated weeks in advanced. Second, because of said remodel, he asked us to check in at 6 instead of 4. That was fine, but when we got there at 730 pm the place was a mess (including his fridge full and his bathroom towel hanging over the door) and no where near ready until almost 9 pm. Even then, be aware of dog hair, dust, and overall an un-clean condo. To end the trip, I received a text at 9:56 am, saying checkout was at 10. When I looked, the app said 11 but he just wanted to argue with us. Because of the late check-in, he gave us a $100 gift card to dinner, which was very nice. However he made it seem like that was an inconvenience for him, even though the late check-in was his fault. As a property owner, he didn’t want to take responsibility for anything. Finally, the pictures are not what you see. It is only 1 bath, the couches are completely different, as well as the bedroom. Maybe not a big deal, but just know. Location wise it has a pool and it’s a quick 5 minute drive to the beach or into town to get dinner or putt putt. And middle of the cape with easy access to Provincetown or down to Falmouth.
