Nice stay - except for the cool shower

Location was perfect. Room was extremely clean and comfortable.

Not happy there was no hot water for my shower. Left shower running and water never reached a warm temp.

Overall good place to stay and would stay again !

We liked that the rooms were very clean and remodeled recently .The pool and the grounds were very nice.

You can't change the location, but the location wasn't very appealing, and there's not much in the local vicinity, but certainly within driving distance. (Restaurants, entertainment, etc.)

Aside from the interior of the rooms I feel it is very overpriced for my personal experience and room location.

The rooms were nice and modern. I liked the sheets.

We were in room number 8 on the first floor right next to the entrance to the pool. The pool gate is so loud and heavy and opened and closed many times with a loud bang. Also the wall and ceiling are thin. You can hear conversations and walking/ moving furniture. We were attending a wedding. The shuttle needs to run more often . We drove our car to the PH each day which we were not expecting to.

Clean, nice location close to most things

Property was very clean and nicely remodeled rooms were clean outdoor pool is in backyard setting very nice. Went to dinner at pelham sister property one of the best dinners I have had on the cape gone to most of them.

Lobby hours are a bit off no management there I think after 11pm. Lobby could use some amenities, parking lot a bit small

Updated, conveniently located hotel on the Cape

Accommodations were nice, well-equipped, and clean. It looks like it has been recently renovated, so no surprises! It was a last-minute booking as I was in town for a party nearby, so it was really just a place to sleep for me. The weather was awful so I didn't use any of the facilities beyond my room.

Nothing bad to say. Upon checking in I was told that there isn't anyone physically there overnight (but there is a number you can call). So if there is a chance you would arrive late, I'm not sure how this would impact checking-in.

Superb

The bed was comfy, the linens were very nice, the pool was awesome and we used every day after riding rail trail. Shuttle to Pelham Resort a nice bonus!

Noisy and lots of kids on weekend.

Didn't get what we were expecting!

Checked in at 9 o'clock. The front office was closed. They left a key at the front door lock box but the door to the room was already open. The Inn had a high rating on your sight. It was way over priced for the quality of the room. The bathroom had one small towel with one wash cloth. Overall the room was clean but we could have gotten a similar quality room for half the price. We had to leave early because of a medical issue. They did refund a good chunk of the cost.

Loud family in room above - wouldn’t it make better sense putting loud families in bottom floor rooms and solo persons or couple in top rooms???

This place is great! Pool and yard with reading area, fire pit area, grills for cooking, I can’t say enough!!

The room we had was large and spotless - love the pool and the fire pit. The owners and father were so welcoming and gracious!

We felt welcome the minute we walked in the door to check in. The staff couldn't be any nicer than they were. The grounds and pool were beautiful. I could tell that there is great care and pride in taking care of the guests and property of this Inn .

I honestly can't think of anything that could have been better. Everything was perfect.

Adequate, button worth the price paid.

Facilities were in good condition.

Website stated daily house cleaning which did not happen, no clock in room, little hospital size boxes of tissues, one in my room was open and in rough shape.

Superb

The property is very well maintained. Room is clean, outdoor space is very neat and carefully landscaped. Hotel management is polite and helpful, providing pretty good food choice nearby and even car mechanics. This is dog friendly faculty which we really liked. Will come back again!

Awesome place to stay

From the time we checked in til we checked out everything was A-1. The espresso at check-in woke me right up after I drive up. The suite was perfect & spacious, cozy kitchen, nice living room. I felt like it was centrally located to everything we wanted. Definitely recommend & look forward to going back.

It was perfect for our first Cap Cod experience!

The location is great! It is only a short drive to the next beach, there are some Restaurants (also Breakfast Restaurants) near by. The check in was super easy, the staff at the front desk super nice and very helpful. He gave us a map from the cape and recommended us beaches, Lighthouses, Routes and Restaurants. It was super helpful and made our stay much better! The Rooms are nice and big, they are not the newest ones, but everything was clean.

Was a little bit noisy in the evening, could hear all the neighbors during the walls, but I guess that is not the fault of the Hotel, its more a motel thing in general.
