Small motel that is clean and equipped with everything we needed. The direct beach/ocean access is perfect.

The beds are on the harder side so not very comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised by this last minute booking. The site is well upkept and private enough for main guest. Private access to beach (the property is literally oceanfront!) was amazing. Although that road (Old Wharf road) has SEVERAL beaches all along. Dennisport is sort of middle-located so it was an easy drive east/West to restaurants. We enjoyed our time and will certainly rebook.

The WiFi needs to be improved. More linens provided.
