The Corsair & Cross Rip Oceanfront

Great location. Wonderful beach!

The pool was not very clean, the sand shower did not work, so lots of sand in pool and hot tub. The fire pit did not work.

I liked the location, the friendliness of the staff, the closeness to the beach, the beach chairs and umbrellas available.The beds were comfortable. Shower was good. Overall a reasonable place for the money on the cape during the summer season.

The kitchen could have been more conveniently and better equipped; some of the plates were extremely difficult to get off of the shelves in that we had to remove items from one of the shells to get one of the large plates off of the shelf. The trash cans had to be in the middle of the floor and right next to the table. There were no measuring spoons or cups to measure and make coffee. The room was a bit tight for space. The beds up against the wall on the alongside makes it difficult or best inconvenient to sleep two people. One queen bed in the middle would have been much better so that each person can get out on their own side of the bed, without having to climb over the other person. My wife and I ended up sleeping in separate beds because of that. The microwave oven was too high, made it difficult to set the turntable correctly as one couldn't see it without stepping up on a chair.

Great location and very comfortable accommodations.

Front desk staff had no personality, checking in or out. The gentlemen in charge of taking food and drink orders were terrible. It took about half an hour for two drinks and there were only 3 guests in line in front of us...just getting drinks also. The 3 guys working the station didn't look like they knew what they were doing.....just running back and forth into the hotel. Not to mention my 2 drinks came out to $40. There was an 18% service charge automatically added on that I didn't know about. The girls cleaning the rooms were nice but were shy. The pools looked very dirty, especially the one at the Cross Rip. It wasn't from the rain....the cement was actually discolored. Couldn't even get to use the hot tubs at either building because little kids were in there with their parents most of the time For the money, this place wasn't worth it.

The pools were nice, but kinda dirty full of sand.One hottub was out of order. The price I feel was kinda high. No breakfast. They have a beach bar which is nice. But not much of a selection for food. I use to go there alot when my kids were younger. I just feel its getting kinda tired looking.
