Very dog friendly but dog poo bins full/ overflowing .

Very friendly and helpful staff. Also, we got free access to the leisure facilities for the duration of our stay, which we were very happy about. The hotel moreover has a lovely entrance and common area, as well as a cocktail bar.
Parts of the hotel seemed a little run-down, such as the bathroom and the carpets. The same applies to the leisure facilities. It is a charming place, I just think it could do with some freshening up.
The breakfast wasn't quite up to the standards I'd expect from such a nice hotel, but again, the staff were all very helpful and friendly.

First visit and couldn’t fault it. Staff were very approachable and dealt with any issues promptly. The facilities and room were great. Plenty to eat for breakfast too.
Maybe a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries would be good

My room was over the back of the hotel and unfortunately something was loose all night and banging from at the rear of the hotel .
I think I have been unlucky but got very little sleep and left the hotel before breakfast time .
Otherwise the hotel was fine
