Location excellent. The house was very attractively renovated although sound proofing an issue. The garden is delightful and there were friendly touches such as board games and books. Kitchen very well equiped.

It would have been good to know there were a number of steps to the kitchen as one of our guests had knees issues. We thought the house was on one level. The couches and chairs were very uncomfortable and were nowhere near the standard of the rest of the fit out. There is an issue of privacy between the bedrooms as there is no insulation in the old stud walls so one can literally hear through the walls what is being said in the next door bedroom.

I like the locationas easily accessible. Mins away from the scenic world and restaurants highly recommended. The house look rustic with modern designs too.

This cottage was just beautiful along with the tulips and bloosom trees that was in the garden. I could not really fault anything as my cousins and myself loved the place, Bus stop not far from us, RSL just up the road a bit and a great coffee shop as well. Main hub of Katoomba is walking distance as well. The bed I slept in was very comfortable. Well worth the the money to stay there, Place was clean and lovely clean white sheets, Would stay there again if I was going up there again

I didn't really not like anything about the place really, if I had to put something I didn't like was I thought outside the spider webs could have been removed as it didn't look very nice. The only other thing I didn't really like(nothing to do with the house) it was the amount of emails I had received I thought it was a bit over kill, I received emails from Booking,com along with the Accommodated and they were the same info.

No off street parking Lounges in sitting room we’re uncomfortable

Everything we needed for our girls weekend was there fantastic kitchen with heaps of cooking gear platters etc.

Would probably benefit to re cushion the old green lounge very uncomfortable as was other lounge as well 😕☹️

The location was very good. The cottage is lovely, home away from home. It contains everything you need. The neighbours are friendly, lovely people. I liked that the beds had electric sheets to keep you warm. I loved the cottage and the garden with the flowers.

The nights were very cold. Heating had to be restarted every three hours. Annoying at night to wake up just to switch it on. The bathroom heating was not strong at all. The three seater lounge was very old and uncomfortable .The kitchen was freezing.

Great value for money. Beautiful house. Ducted heating made it toasty warm. Would stay again for sure. Very affordable as I split the cost with wife and friends.

Nothing. Very much enjoyed the house. No problems at all.

Absolutely beautiful little cottage with plenty of room for small group of friends or family. Everything we needed was there and the location was great. Would definitely stay again!

Missing tap covered in gaffer tap in bathroom meaning bath wasn't usable. Broken central heating in living areas so cold most of the time especially at night. Bedrooms were warm. Nice bed linen but very hard mattresses. Evidence of water leaking from ceiling over master bedroom. Very disconcerting during heavy rain. If this leak is not active, remove the stains and dribbles with a lick of paint. Host quite unresponsive when faults were reported. No repairs, heating or reimbursement offered. Frustrating lack of information on how to operate facilities and appliances. Good luck with the dishwasher and TV. Repeated and emphatic messages and direction not to make noise on the back deck after 9pm were indicative of a hostile or problematic relationship with neighbours - not very welcoming. Uppercase, bold type with multiple !!!s is not very courteous. This creates an adversarial tone with all your guests, even when it rains all week and you can't go outside anyway. We woke up to chainsaws and fence building on the 2nd morning of our stay. No advice was given this would happen. The host does not seem to understand hospitality, giving the impression we are just helping them pay off their holiday house. Looks nice but wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The cottage was delightful, well appointed facilities, lovely furniture in keeping with the era of the cottage. Great location and pretty garden.

Some coffee capsules could have been provided to give us an idea of what to buy. I bought a few boxes of capsules fruit supermarket but they were all too small - I’m not familiar with capsule coffee makers!

Beautiful cottage with old world charm, antique furniture in every room, great kitchen leading to a lovely deck, ducted air conditioning, good selection of books and DVDs for a rainy day, 1 minute drive to centre of town. In short, this place was ideal for a family getaway.

They need to introduce a policy that if you stay there a week you get to keep the place.

Beautifully presented and well equipped cottage. Location was great. Close to 3 sisters and Katoomba RSL is within walking distance for a great dinner. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
