Our quaint & cozy ground floor, downstairs wheel chair friendly condo comfortably sleeps 4, while providing a fully equipped kitchen (with Keurig, air fryer, kitchen bar & stools), dining area, WI-Fi, internet, Roku TV, dvd player, and some rainy day games & puzzles. The property is very clean and cute! The property manager has excellent communication. The bathroom was nicely updated and the condo decor was very nice! It is a first floor property and the upstairs neighbors did have large dogs which were noisy but this is most likely out of this property owner’s control. They left very nice welcome baskets and we enjoyed looking out on the golf course!

This unit is lovely, easy to get to in the neighborhood. The only consideration is that if there are upstairs neighbors you may hear their footsteps - so something to be aware of if you are a particularly light sleeper, but other than that it was fantastic!

We were in town for Clemson parent’s weekend— what a delight to stay at this wonderful condo! Everything was provided, and the hosts even set out a basket of tailgating decorations and snacks. So thoughtful. Some highlights: seeing deer, ordering dinner from the Keowee Key Bistro counter (right down the road on property) and enjoying our meal on their patio as the sun set, clean large bathroom, well stocked kitchen, easy to manage TV, cleanliness…we could go on and on. It is a lovely and serene getaway. Next time we’ll do some of the activities. Thanks!

Great location near Clemson University. The townhome was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The community amenities included pools, golf, walking paths and more. Would recommend to a friend and would book again. Appreciated the communication with owner when booking and the check in process was easy.

Felt right at home as soon as I stepped in. Everything I needed was there, along with a few pleasant surprises (treats,water). Communications with hosts felt like old friends. Close to a pool. Great central location to explore Keowee Key or general area - I took trips into NC and GA. No issues with checking in at gate. Comfortable sized bedrooms - no need to hold your breath squeezing between wall and bed. When back in area I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Nice location with golf course view. Condo was very clean and well equipped. We had upstairs neighbors the first night; I didn’t realize it was a downstairs unit. Couch is losing its cushions foundation in that it sags in the middle. Overall nice unit and very well maintained.

Our house was being remodeled and was not quite finished, we needed to be close to our house and this condo was perfect! Beautiful relaxing peaceful! We had a nicely appointed kitchen, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom. The balcony overlooked the golf course, pool was close, walking trail was fantastic. Highly recommend this condo.

Our stay was wonderful. The communication from Pamela and Manya started right after my booking, and continued until the day I left. They answered every question with accuracy and even provided suggestions on places to visit. The place was fully stocked with everything we needed, and then some. They even left a gift basket with a Clemson goodies for my son’s graduation. I can’t say anything more except it was absolutely perfect. I will definitely stay again and highly recommend this Vrbo.

We had a great stay! The place was immaculate. We felt so welcomed right away. The kitchen was very well appointed. We were able to cook an entire Thanksgiving meal while there visiting our daughter at college. It was a perfect spot to enjoy some family time and take in some great sunrises and sunsets off the back deck over the golf course.

The owners were very responsive and informative. They provided water and welcome snacks. The property had a beautiful view of the golf course. It is on the first floor, so there is a bit of noise coming from the top floor if that condo is occupied. Overall great stay and we will be back!

This was the perfect place to spend a week. Coffee in the mornings watching the golfers on the 11th green. Played lots of golf while there and loved the course. Rented a Ponton for a day. The condo is very well maintained and the owners go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Loved it.

KK is a very nice neighborhood with amenities. The condo was very clean and a terrific location for boating and golfing. North Marina treated us like we were owners.

We enjoyed our weekend here. The location is easy to get to, lots of things to do on property, and fairly quiet due to it being a gated community. Owners were very quick to answer any questions and left a lot of information to answer any other questions one might have. The building is a little older so you hear the people above you walking and moving around. There's also a neighbor that lets their dog out very early in the morning and it barks until it's let in. Nothing a pair of earplugs won't help as the pro's outweigh the con's to stay here! Great family spot and the unit is equipped with all you would need!

The property managers were absolutely amazing. They went out of their way to help us book golf and a pontoon boat. You rarely see that anymore. They made the entire experience even more special with two Happy Birthday balloons and two yummy birthday cakes! One for me and one for my husband. Thank you! They really want you to enjoy your stay.

Place was in great condition. Way too many snacks was a deterrent to weight control. Great view of the golf course from the deck. All in all, a wonderful place to stay.

We had previously stayed here in August. When we looked for availability around Thanksgiving and saw there was an opportunity to once again stay here we jumped on it. Pamela and Manya remembered us and our girls and the reason we have been coming up so frequently. The home is in the perfect location and is clean and cute. Can’t wait to stay with them again.
