La location e in generale l’organizzazione.
Personalmente, abbiamo trovato splendida anche la nostra camera con piscina privata.
Il controllo nelle aree comuni non era così tempestivo per la qualità della struttura visto che un un po’ tutti davano cibo ai gatti presenti (cosa molto carina) e di conseguenza rimanevano bicchieri e contenuti che non venivano regolarmente tolti a tempo debito.

Mi è piaciuto tutto,la struttura curata e moderna,le piscine belle e attrezzate, l'acqua parc utilissimo se avete i bambini, colazione varia e buona, il servizio attento alle esigenze del cliente.Ci tornerei volentieri.

The grounds and facilities were kept well.
On arrival our AC did not work in our room. We spent the night with our children in a suite with no ac. The suites temperature reaches 30 degrees celsius. We requested for assistance from the staff. Manager was nowhere to be found and the only update that was provided to us was that the AC technician has been contacted, but are unable to provide a timeline. That was unacceptable. We repeatedly asked for a timeline to decide weather we should relocate. The hotel manager visited us the very next day where we expressed our frustration in this matter, and we requested that our night be refunded. The manager agreed, only later for the refund to be withdrawn. The service requires more attention to detail and to help resolve these issues specifically where comfort and safety are priority especially for young children that are more susceptible to overheating.
