The property is newer and clean. There is plenty of room for everyone in our group. Brian, the property manager was great and did arrange for an early check in which was very appreciated. The problem with this property is that the furniture was very uncomfortable (beds and couch). The kitchen is just ok. Lots of pots and pans but didn’t see a crockpot or much to bake anything in and had to eat mostly with big spoons, plenty of forks though. Our last day the fridge stopped working and we lost all of our food and ice. But with everything said and done we had a great time with our family at the lake.

We went to Bullhead City for fishing at Lake Mohave, Katherine’s Landing launch. This house is perfectly located for proximity to Katherine’s and access to Laughlin. The house is pretty much brand new and has all the basics for a comfortable stay. The only down side is there is no access to using the 2 garages for parking the boats at night. You can park the boats on the driveway, but then you need to unhook the trailer to park your truck. Other than that it’s a great place.

4/5 Star The property was clean and well maintained. Accommodating for general needs such as paper goods, cookware and linens. Plenty of room for a large family to move about freely. Movie nights in the living room was fun! No one fought over a spot to sit in because the couches were spacious enough for everyone. The management correspondent Brian was available for communication via call and text each time I needed to ask a question. He was friendly and responded promptly. Our 2 year old locked the master bedroom door. The downside was there was no “key” or tool provided to unlock it. Fortunately a Dollar General Store is right on the corner (only a 3 minute walk) so we bought a tiny flat head screwdriver (one you’d use to tighten your reading glasses) and unlocked the door. Being December, cold and raining during our visit, The heater seemed to only blow cool air. The thermostat wouldn’t move past 71° and the bedrooms were significantly cooler. We wore jackets around the house and double blanketed at night. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay!

The house offered everything we needed. We swam in Lake Mead in the daytime, and rested in the house in the night time. My family and I are ready to stay here next year. The WiFi works great. The rooms can get a lil too cold at night so bring extra blankets. The kitchen was stocked with most things you need. Laundry room came in handy.

The house is obviously very new and it’s likely we were some of the first guests. The place was clean, which was nice! But isn’t completely stocked just yet. Things we felt could be added: washcloths, bath floor mat/towel, travel size soap/shampoo, measuring cup, cooking spray and a baking sheet. Also, the WiFi was very slow which prevented us from being able to watch any TV - this was a big bummer as we had 3 young kids with us. The fan in the master was not working, so no light made it a bit difficult. Lastly, the beds were not very comfy - very thin/hard mattresses. We messaged the owner the first day but never heard back. We stay in Bullhead often at various rentals and know this one has great potential! Again, the property was clean and that is always our top priority!

We are very pleased with our stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and appointed very well with everything you need for a vacation stay. The washer and dryer with supplied soap/softener came in handy after spending a couple days on the river. The neighborhood was quiet and is a new development. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to take advantage of the bbq grill and nice backyard seating/table for a dinner. The owner/manager was great with answering questions and communication. We plan on making this our go-to place when we visit the area!

New home needs some love.

The house is pretty new and nice, however there is some work that needs to be done to make it a 5 star home. The house seemed to have a super quick turnover with a very quick cleaning job, there were dishes still in the dishwasher, sheets in the dryer, and items like toothpaste on the cabinets in the bathroom. It seemed like someone may have checked out the same day and the cleaning crew did a super quick job to get the home ready for our stay. The home has a ton of sleeping space but it is very jammed together, like a twin bed in the master bedroom. The most frustrating part of the stay was that the master bathroom had no power. No lights, no fans, no outlets that worked. We called the contact and were told to check the electric box for a blown fuse, but the electric box door was bolted in place and unless you had tools on hand, there was no way to do that. The contact was not able to get someone to come over to fix the problem, so we were just left with no power. The internet was very slow, we asked the contact to reset the router when they came to fix the electrical issue which also was not done. So when trying to watch a show you would watch a few minutes and then watch the TV freeze with that really annoying circle spinning. This home has potential to be a great vacation rental, but items definitely need addressed.
