Exceptional

We loved the location! Just a few minutes walk to the beach and the village. The cottage was nice and clean.

The beds were a little hard is the only thing I would've liked to have been different.

Beach house

Location is great. Lots of extra towels.

The place needs some TLC. Sliding door to bedroom didn't work. Kitchen drawer broken. Beach chairs and umbrellas in shed we're broken.

We had a great time in Siesta Key Beach!

Location was ok. We wanted easy access to the beach. It was a walk to carry our stuff me us,but not too bad. It was a cute little place,could of used some beachy decor,though.

The beds were not that comfortable,hard mattresses. I thought we were suppose to have some beach chairs,none around. We couldn't sit on the back patio,dirty deck and chairs. Last day I found a cockroach in the bathroom,freak me out!

Great location- minutes from several beach access, along with a minimal walk to a large selection of restaurants, bars, and shops.

Very close to the beach and the village. Check-in and Check-out was very easy. The cottage is very dated, but is clean.

TERRIBLE

Location

Property in very poor condition. Rat traps all round the property, dead mice in the shed, mice droppings in bathroom. All in all although the property is in a great location, close to everything ie beach and village. The condition was very poor, tv kept coming on unless unplugged. Had to go and buy tin opener, no light in shower. For the type of money charged I expect a lot lot better. Walls need painting etc, could carry on but won’t All in all very poor.
