Location was perfect, beach on the left and downtown on the right for walking. Room was great and perfect AC. Pool was good for really hot days when not wanting to go anywhere.

The location was excellent. Bed comfy. Great bath and beach towel supply.
No on site laundry. Only one kitchen towel. A recliner would be nice…only a couch and two plastic chairs. Pool in shade and not heated….unusable. Bed pillows were uncomfortable. Minimal supplies…no Kleenex, no basic seasonings like salt and pepper.

steps from the beach and a few minutes walk to restaurants bars and shopping. basically the location is the best thing about this place.
shower was dirty had hair all over the wall. ceiling fans broken. having to keep the air set at 75 with no ceiling fans is bs in Florida! if the air conditioning unit is going to be damaged for turning it down that’s a property issue not a guest issue…update your unit! the bed was so hard and uncomfortable. the place is dusty and needs a full deep clean!! I cleaned the pool myself but the next day there was a tampon applicator floating in it…disgusting. also garbage along the fence inside the pool area. this place could be so great but it’s not well maintained or clean! also the signs in the place say to run the dish washer…there is no dishwasher! update your signs to match the facilities!! For it being as small as it is there should be no reason to be that dusty and dirty! Do better!!!
