Recently renovated, clean and spacious home with a private heated pool and a relaxing backyard. Ideal for a sunny getaway! The house has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Fully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, new furniture and new comfortable mattresses for a good-night's rest. Located in a convenient neighborhood where everything is less than 10 minutes away. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Absolutely NO PARTIES or events will be tolerated. No more than 10 people in the house. This will be strictly enforced. POOL heating charge is $40 per day - need 3-4 days advance notice. (Heated water temperature is dependent upon ambient temperature. Exact water degrees can’t be guaranteed) Early check-in and Late check-out fee is $40 - based on availability.

The house was in a great location. Close to grocery stores, nice neighborhood. Easy check in. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We were down for a High School state meet and was much better than a hotel. My only suggestion would be have 2 single twins in the 3rd bedroom instead of the bunk beds. The beds were small for older children. But overall the house was great. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Clean, quiet, family oriented environment! Great place for kids and adults as well, very easy to communicate with the owners. Everything you could ask for and more, kids absolutely loved the slide. We can't wait to stay here again! You won't regret staying here!!

The house is great. There are just a few minor things to consider. For example, the rugs could use more vacuuming, and there are dusty spots - particularly on the light fixtures and some surfaces. Also, please labels the location of the garbage bags as they were a bit difficult to find.

The place was a good place to stay my kids loved the slide and pool. Everything was clean. The only complaint I have is that the master bedroom was hot, the air didn’t blow in that room and the fan was not helping. And the master bathroom toilet water stopped flowing through the toilet so we had to pull water in the back to get it going again.

The house was spacious, clean, plenty of items (sheets, extra pillows, towels, etc), barbecue available, quiet relaxing outback. Kids enjoyed the pool also. Owners very responsive with any questions. Located close to stores, restaurants, drugstores. Recommend this house

We chose to stay at this house specifically for the pool. A warning that it is approximately 30 minutes to get to any of the touristy attractions of Phoenix, however, it was worth it for us. The house is very well stocked with everything you can need (i.e., tons of everyday pantry items), and everything is labeled in the kitchen. The pool slide and basketball hoop were big hits with my family. It was very quiet neighborhood. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the blackout shades also contributed to a great nights sleep. The host was very communicative and helpful. This was one of the best houses we have stayed at in our extensive travels. Would highly recommend and want to stay again in the future! Thanks Olga!

My husband and I traveled to the area for baseball spring training and found the area to be convenient and quiet. You are nearby several great places to eat and a grocery if you decide to cook. The house was clean and the bed incredibly comfy. We appreciated the special touches like well stocked condiments and coffee. If we are ever in the area again, we could definitely see ourselves staying here!

The place was a nice home. The pool was awesome, but there were things missing like the remote to turn on the ceiling, light and fan, the microwave handle was broken, the spice area in the cupboards was filthy, underneath the rollabout cabinet I had to sweep and scrub. It was very dirty. We were able to use the garage, but we’re not provided a garage door opener so one of us had to run it around the front door and in an open the garage every time we came and went. The next-door, neighbors yard is a terrible eyesore. The beds were super comfortable, which made our stay pleasant. The cabinet was provided with kettles and frying pans, but they definitely need to be replaced. Over all the location was awesome. And would I stay there again possibly yes.

Large spacious house located on a quiet street in Gilbert. Close to all essential amenities. Property was clean, well stocked, and as per advertised. The heated pool was a plus which the kids loved to use. Thanks for the great stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. It was very nice the first time we had to be in the area again so we noticed it was available again. We knew the area and liked the property the last time so we booked again. Very nice quiet place to relax, easy to find and there is everything you need around you in the neighborhood.

Responses were very quick. Location was great to bars and activities. We paid to have the pool heated and it was great choice because it made it warm enough when it got chilly in the evenings. The only thing that I would like to see is a couple more kitchen items (hand mixer, more than one cookie sheet, etc.) but it was nothing that we couldn’t work around and definitely did not keep us from having a great experIence. Would definitely stay again.

This property was perfect for a long weekend and wedding that we attended. Close to shopping and the wedding venue, easy navigating where we needed to go. The pool was incredible, clean and great toys for the kids. Comfortable, clean rooms and the Pack 'n Play with mattress worked great. Definitely recommend

This property was very clean and comfortable! The communication was great. There were a few power outages in the area during our stay and the owners were quick to send us updates from the power company. The only two things that keep me from giving it a 10/10 is the master bedroom never seemed to cool down and the biting sugar ants were really bad our first day. (Come prepared with white vinegar spray and you’ll be able to fully enjoy all the backyard has to offer!) The pool was a huge hit. We would recommend this home for sure.

Beautiful property and home. Everything was instructed perfectly and checkin and out was easy. Home does need a deep cleaning, remote and floors were a bit dirty.

Great property, as described and shown in the pictures. Clean! Good towels! Comfy furniture. Very nice to have simple extras in the home (paper towel, salt/pepper, laundry soap…). Safe neighborhood and room to park in the garage. It was a wonderful option to heat the pool. Even though it was 90+ degrees during our stay the pool got a little chilly. Thanks for a great time!

This house was perfect for our family. We came to town for a wedding, and the kids played in the pool every moment we weren’t getting ready or attending the wedding. Everything was clean and well labeled, so there was never a question of where to look for something. A great experience.

House was everything we expected and more. The location was great, walking distance to grocery store. Walking trails close by, also six golf courses within 8 miles. Whenever we had concerns Olga was quick with the response. We already booked for next year.

Pros: Beautiful home and yard. Great location. Friendly neighbors. Fairly new and comfortable furniture. All the amenities. Cons: Found long black hairs throughout bathroom including in towels. Cabinet space in master bathroom had not been cleaned out or wiped down from previous guests. Kitchen sink had food particles and so did sponges, etc. Also, I had to mop the kitchen/dining area because floors were dirty. Opened food in fridge and cupboards would have been a nice surprise if we weren’t in the middle of a pandemic. All the other reviews are really good so I feel like there was a miscommunication in the cleaning prior to our stay. Still a little frustrated that we had to pay a high cleaning fee.

We had a great experience at the house! It was nice, clean, had lots of amenities like soaps and paper towels. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to stores and downtown Gilbert. The only suggestions I could make was The kitchen could use a few more items ( tho we made do !) and some of the glasses/dishes needed to be rewashed. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!
