I honestly don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a hotel with nicer staff! Everyone I spoke to was very kind and friendly and easy to talk to. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Only the location.
The room is so small there is no where to put your clothes and the worst part is the bed is soooooo uncomfortable that my husband and I had back and neck pain.

Everything!! The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were squeaky clean and comfortable. There was lots to do and they were very pet friendly.

Close to the event we we’re attending. Near the freeway but in a quiet area. 24 hr gym room is nice.

New, fun and clean GR hotel. Lots of comfortable seating in the lobby with great decor. Foozbl in the lobby and fire table outside. Loved that the workout room had a Peloton bike to use for Peloton members. Breakfast was great.
The Peloton bike was not maintained and I spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service getting my log on to work and updating the software. The seat adjustment was also broken.

Breakfast was great for everyone even though Pancake Machine was on the fritz and the Boys really enjoyed not having to miss their Workout ! The personalized Greeting on the TV in our Room was a nice touch as well ! Kids thought it was cool .
Hearing the early Morning Highway Traffic , got over it and fell back asleep though !

There was many activities in the main lobby. Awesome stand up shower with good smelling body wash that comes out of a wall dispenser. They had wonderful Breakfast that was warm and ready to go.
Couldn't smoke by the fireplace outdoors. The window view is not the best.
