RIVERFRONT CONDO. ‘ABSOLUTELY THE BEST' LOCATION with both BEACH and MATANZAS RIVER worlds. Night and day FISHING from our private dock. EASY ACCESS TO THE ATLANTIC OCEAN AT CRESCENT BEACH! JUST CROSS OVER A1A @ GREEN STREET TO THE DEDICATED BEACH DUNES BOARDWALK TO THE SANDY BEACHES FOR GREAT SURFING, OCEAN SWIMMING AND BEACHCOMBING. RARE WATERFRONT LIVING right on the MATANZAS RIVER with fabulous views. Watch the ships pass by while fishing from our private boat dock; swim & sun in the gated RIVERFRONT POOL overlooking the MATANZAS RIVER. PLAY WITH THE MANATEES. Spectacular sunsets! Inexpensive local boat/trailer storage and boat ramp only minutes away. Sometimes there is space for kayaks in the boat storage area there as well. Boat trailers are not allowed in the parking lot at the condo complex. Private screened entry porch, covered patio in back with SPECTACULAR WATER VIEWS (you may see dolphins or turtles as well), open sunny UPPER DECK BALCONY WITH PANORAMIC WATER VIEWS. Parking directly in front of unit with additional parking onsite. First floor shower/bathroom; full open concept kitchen with large modern round table and chairs. Tastefully furnished living room with comfy seating. Updated with luxury vinyl plank flooring/draperies/paint/granite kitchen counters. Private Entrance. Wall of glass overlooking covered patio just 20' to pool/dock and 50' to seawall. Open stairs with iron railings to upstairs; large main bedroom with KING bed and quality linens, large closet, floor to ceiling window/doors with adjoining Sunset Viewing patio; full bathroom with tub/shower is shared with spacious second bedroom with two queen-sized beds and a large window. Separate adjoined laundry room off the kitchen. The history of St. Augustine is incomparable with almost any other on our coast. Founded in 1565 it is chock full of amazing places to visit, from the oldest house to the first schoolroom, to the impenetrable fort built by the Spanish. Lincolnville, just south of downtown St. Augustine takes you on a walking tour of the history of the civil rights movement noting where Martin Luther King stayed on numerous occasions. Needless to say, there’s also so many unique shops, and the restaurants are so varied and truly have an international flavor! There are things to do no matter the weather! You can take a free boat ride to Fort Matanzas and learn the history about the battles fought. Further south is Marineland where you can swim with dolphins! The St. Augustine and St Johns County area have a great variety of golf courses for players of every level and skill. There are always concerts at St. Augustine Amphitheatre and events at Francis Field as well. You will never run out of things to do here in St. Augustine. It is probably one of the most beautiful places in all of Florida, and for sure one of the most photographed! Come and see for yourself! The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you. Service Animals: Pets are not allowed at our beach retreat. If you bring a pet, we will charge your damage deposit for a pet fee plus $100 for the unexpected extra services required to clean the house and you will risk cancellation of your booking. You must let us know if you are bringing a service animal, it's important to let the cleaners know and the office of the condo. We don't offer refunds or reschedule stays during hurricane season, even if there is an evacuation order. Please purchase trip insurance for your stay if this is a concern.

This property was perfect for my family. Beautiful view to the lake and the pool. Communication with the host was so easy. Everything was so perfect. We definitely stayed here again.

Nice cute place and a quiet neighborhood. The view at the back is amazing next to the Matanzas River. We could have use the pool but it’s cold( it’s December :) Sunrise and sunset view wows me! Highly recommended to friends and family. High five to the Host and cleaning lady.

We had a great stay at this property! The owner was very easy to communicate with leading up to our stay and throughout the stay. The house was clean and accommodated our needs. The view from this property was amazing! The overall condo community was great—pleasant people, peaceful atmosphere, and the pool was very nice. The walk to the beach wasn’t too far, which was a plus. The only issue we ran into was getting Uber and DoorDash. An Uber driver informed us that the distance of the property from Downtown may be the main reason it’s hard to find many available Uber drivers in that area. Overall, we had an amazing stay!

The property is exactly as described and the view cannot be beat. Very quiet, peaceful complex. We were treated with manatees daily right up at shore by the pool, turtles, & dolphins a little further up. A fish camp right up the street for renting poles to fish right off the dock. We hope to be back!

Everything about this property is welcoming, comfortable and enjoyable. Great view, great pool, great location. Comfortable beds, clean linens. No major issues. We had a fantastic stay and are figuring out ways to return again with additional guests to share the fun. Can't recommend highly enough.

This property was perfect for our family get-away. The view is incredible and the accommodations were wonderful. Located just 15 minutes or so from St. Augustine there was lots to do but we were also content to just relax by the pool or fish off the dock.We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We are a family of 4 with two teenage boys looking for somewhere new for a spring break trip. My son chose St. Augustine area because he wanted to golf and fish. We knew nothing about the area, so chose this property based on good reviews, pool and beach. The property was a basic small condo complex in a residential area with a small pool. Communication was good with owner, they were even nice enough to leave some fishing rods for us to use on the dock. We saw dolfins, but were not able to catch anything off the dock. The location of the property is close to the beach, it was nice to walk the quiet beach daily. However, we felt it was a little too far from any shopping, coffee shops, restaurants etc for our preference. But overall a nice place if you dont need to be near shopping, restaurants etc.

Very nice quiet condo and great location. Close to public beach and far enough away from tourist areas. Crescent Beach is very clean and great for walking. Washer and dryer very nice. Be sure to bring your own tp and laundry detergent.

We are from the area and came down to visit family so we knew exactly what area we wanted to stay in. It’s just close enough to St. Augustine you can get there quickly but far enough away you don’t feel like your a tourist. The condo was exactly what we hoped for and had everything we needed to stay for a week. The beds were all comfortable. The only downside for the kids was the pool was dirty the whole time but it didn’t make the stay any less enjoyable.

This property was exactly as described in the add. We cooked breakfast every morning and had all the kitchen utincels we needed. There was even a Keurig that was a life saver each morning. The actual apartment/condo was very clean and comfortable. I would suggest taking showers in the down stairs bathroom as there is more water pressure and it drains a little better than the bathtub upstairs. All of the neighbors that we encountered were friendly and more than helpful with suggestions on what to do in the area. The view of the river was amazing. We were able to put our kayaks in the river from the boat ramp at the property. This property actually had a place to store the kayaks in the boat storage area. We saw a dolphin in the river as well as a sea turtle at the boat ramp when taking our kayaks out of the river. The wild life was amazing. We were just a few minutes from the beach access to the ocean which was a little ways up the road and across the street - we rode our e-bikes there every morning to watch the sun rise. This was an amazing trip and I would suggest this property in this area to all of my friends and family.

Great little place with lots of water views! Both bedrooms are upstairs with one full bathroom. The main bedroom has amazing views of the Matanzas River and is flooded with natural light. Downstairs has the living areas and another full bathroom. Open layout with beautiful views of the pool, dock and river from your living area. Would definately consider renting here again!

Best Relaxing Vacation
This vacation spot exceeded all of my expectations! Starting from the very beginning it was very clean! It wasn't in a big tourist spot which my husband and I loved! We were walking distance from the beach, not far from grocery stores or eateries which was amazing because we have a 1yr old. The beach is very family friendly. We were about a half hour from downtown which was perfect for us because we didn't want the big crowds. The pier was perfect to look at the sunset at night and we even saw dolphins and a manatee! This was our first time in St. Augustine and we will definitely be back and staying in the same location!

Intercoastal Waterway Views Are Great!
We will definitely stay here again! The views! Unbelievable. The beach is a short walk on the other side of the townhome but the pool overlooking the intercoastal waterway was the best! The unit has been updated and the beds are temperpedic type beds. Great location to gettin into town. Just a short drive. I recommend the Seafood Kitchen and the Fish Camp Restaurants for seafood!. Lovely vacation, can't wait to go again!

This spot was the perfect de-stressing location! Beautiful! Serene! So many stars at night and gorgeous sunset! Was away from hustle and bustle of city but close enough to enjoy the Old Town. Very close to fabulous beach! Thank you! Highly recommend!
