Located in Inlet Beach, this charming house for $814 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. We also own a second unit in this neighborhood located just a few units down towards the beach. With only a 100 yard walk straight on to the beach, this is the ideal family escape. Each bedroom has a private bath (even the bunk room) and brand new flat screen smart HDTVs. The three masters have king beds and their own private balconies with gulf views. Inlet Beach Retreat is perfectly set up for 2-3 families. Not only does it have 2 complete kitchens with multiple living spaces, it also is fully stocked in both the upstairs kitchen and in the downstairs kitchen. Newly expanded driveway to accommodate 3-4 vehicles. The home configuration is as follows: 1st floor - suite with murphy bed, full stainless kitchen, Queen pull out sofa, and 42in HDTV - perfect place for a small family or the teenagers. The suite opens up to the lanai complete with pool and spa. Also on the first floor is the game room with a ping pong and an air hockey table. 2nd floor - 2 master suites with king beds and ensuite baths and smart tv's. Both masters have private balconies and peak-a-boo views of the gulf. The bunk room is also on the second floor in between the 2 masters with another flat screen tv. 3rd floor - 5th bedroom is a king bed with ensuite bath and large private balcony with seating and gulf views. Living room with 65 inch smart HDTV, and Blue Ray DVD player, and large Italian leather sectional. The dining room seats 6-8 plus 4 bar stools. The main kitchen is a chef's dream with the Wolf gas oven, Subzero fridge, Cuisinart cookware, Keurig and regular coffee maker - really anything you could need or want! Not only this, but the living area opens up to a large balcony with beautiful views and the sound of the ocean. The home even has an elevator for your convenience. We were very please with accommodations, close proximity to the beach, and shopping. Kids had a great time. Pool was a plus and much needed with small ones. The large closets in 2 of the bedrooms made great rooms for babies pack on play. Would like to make a return trip, but maybe different time when the Temps are not so high.

Great property for a big family. Short walk to the beach. Loved having two refrigerators and the elevator was prefect for my dad who has trouble with stairs. Definitely would stay here again.

We spent the week with another family in this home. There was 4 adults and 5 kids under the age of 10. There was more than enough space and the property was nice. We could have even included another family. It is showing some wear from all the use, but it didn’t affect our experience. There is plenty of rooms and things to do to keep the kids busy in this property. The pool was very nice way to relax in the afternoon and the kids loved it. This house had it all and will be staying on our list of spots in Inlet Beach. You can’t go wrong with this area as it is still a hidden gem that hasn’t been completely overtaken by private beaches. It definitely brings back the Florida from years past before the laws changed and people started kicking you off the beach. Great place!

The home is beautiful and has a nice sized living room with seating for larger groups. Lots of sleeping areas for everyone to spread out. Unlike a lot of beaches in the area, it is a flat entrance from the street without any steep flight of steps. This is great when hauling lots of beach gear, carrying young children or pushing strollers. A very short drive into Rosemary for restaurants but you avoid the overcrowded beach found at Seacrest. We loved it!

We all absolutely loved staying at this property! It’s very difficult to find a property that meets various family member needs and wants but this did the trick! Unfortunately, the description didn’t state the bunk room didn’t have a physical door (it only has a curtain) to the room. I never would have thought to ask if a room with beds didn’t have a physical door. This resulted in a change of plans of where family members slept and was sometimes problematic with a kid who didn’t always stay in the room during sleeping times. That said, we made it work, still loved the home/amenities/location & will know for the future so we can better plan accordingly.

This house was nice and in a great location. The host was beyond responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, the house was dirty when we checked in, but the host quickly sent a cleaning crew to clean again. Very great service!

This is a beautiful property. We love the fact that 3 couples can each have their own master suite.

House was perfect for our family of 10! My younger unmarried daughter loved her king ensuite on the 3rd floor. My older daughter and her husband had the king ensuite overlooking the pool on 2nd floor with their 3 year old twins in the bunk room and my husband and I in the king ensuite overlooking the front of the home. The other 3 boys, 6, 7, and 14 took over the 1st floor and loved having their own apartment basically. :) The home was very clean and comfortable and the walk to the beach was very short. We could not have asked for anything more. Loved it!

House was perfect for our family of 10! My younger unmarried daughter loved her king ensuite on the 3rd floor. The property was great! The location to the beach and various dining establishments was the best. The beach in this area wasn't

Inlet Beach Getaway
First time staying in this beautiful house! Perfect for my family - 6 adults and 2 children. Very spacious and immaculate. Each couple had their own bedroom that had a full bathroom and their own balcony. We enjoyed the pool and the playroom and were just 100 yards to the beach! The house had everything we needed with plenty of clean bath towels, a kitchen stocked with just about every utensil, pots and pans, appliance.. even an elevator that made bringing bags up to the 3rd level so easy. The hostess, Jenni, was available for any questions or concerns the entire stay. She's the best!! We will definitely be coming back.

Property changed ownership 5 days prior to our stay. The house was not clean. It had dirty doors, cabinets and the staircase banisters were dirty and sticky. The linens were not what was pictured in the photos online. I think the previous owner stripped the place of all blankets, comforters and throw pillows. Every bed had a white sheet and a rough paper thin blanket on them. I have had better linens in a hospital. There was not vacuum or proper broom to try to keep the unit clean and free of sand. The pool was a nice feature. However, we had to drag a hose each night to refill and the pool heater smelled of gas so strong that it made it difficult to sit outside when it was on. Expected more for we paid.

Awesome stay and beautiful home
We had an amazing trip to Inlet and Diana’s home is perfect. Our group was very sensitive to the current Covid climate so the 2 kitchens + outdoor grill had everything for cooking at the house. What made it even better is that Diana is an excellent host. She went above and beyond for us and took care of all the details.
