About this apartment rental
You will fall in love with Sea Oats B106. The complex is located 3.2 miles down West Beach Boulevard, where it's quiet and secluded. You sit on Little Lagoon and have a boat launch, plus a dock with a cleaning station if you'd like to get in some fishing! Then, the Gulf of Mexico is just across the street (two lanes and easy to cross) with tons of space and so much privacy. Come spend a week in this well appointed 2 BR / 2 BA condo that sleeps 7 guests comfortably, with a king bed in the master, a queen and a twin bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Unit includes one dedicated parking spot and additional parking available on the premises. Complex Amenities: Internet service, two outdoor pools, kiddie pool, boat launch, pier and cleaning station, grilling and picnic area, dedicated beach access and assigned parking spot. (This complex has no elevator)

We were pleasantly surprised how large the condo was. It was just as described and the pool is HUGE. We had everything we needed to prepare meals, do laundry and sleep great after long days at the beach. Do leave a note inside the guest book- they are fun to read and give good tips.- side note: you are only 3 hrs from Laurel Miss. to visit the HGTV ‘Hometown’. Great day trip on a weekday!

Good Value
Had an overall good experience here at Sea Oats. Upon check-in there was actually a pipe leaking in the hallway from the unit above. On a holiday weekend we had someone there for maintenance within 15-20 minutes and they got the problem taken care of.
The common areas, hallway, parking, stairwell, etc are really rough and dingy here. It's definitely a low price building. The walls were very thin and you could hear everyone around and above. The Phoenix type high rise condominiums are very different and offer more privacy and quiet. The beach chair rental places also wouldn't come all the way down to this area. The location and building in general were definitely the negatives here.
That being said, the unit itself was well kept and we had a good time in the unit itself. The two bedrooms were in good shape, the living room and kitchen were nice and the balcony was a fun place to hang out.
The internet was incredibly slow and we ended up using our Hotspot to stream in the unit.
Overall a good value and a good unit. If the location isnt a big deal or if you are looking for a good value, this is a good option.

Great place near the beach!
Everything was great! This was our second trip to Gulf Shores. We enjoyed this property much better than the other property we rented. Everything was comfortable, clean, as well as spacious. Would definitely stay there again!

The wall behind it has been damaged by use of the chair. That was the only issue that I had with the unit itself. Easy access to the beach and plenty of outdoor showers. Pool is wonderful, too

This is a cute little unit. We found everything to be in good condition considering the age of the property. Be aware of the power recliner that is positioned against the wall. Boys got lots of fishing in while the Girls enjoyed the Beach and Pool!!!

The inside of our unit, 106B, was great. Bedrooms large and beds comfortable. Kitchen and living room were spacious also. Nice to have with two cooks in the kitchen. I gave the property rating a 3 because honestly the outside of these buildings is a bit beat up. An added let down was that the pool by pur building was not functional. It had no water. The whole reason we chose this place versus others on that block was to be close to the pool and not have to walk far due to injured person with us. Also, it was not disclosed to us that we would have no option to get upstairs except for the stairs. We had one person who really did NOT need to have to traverse stairs. Lastly, it was confusing to figure out where it was appropriate for us to get on the beach. All in all, it was good, but the annoyances were pretty great. I will give the inside a big thumbs up. Just be sure to bring all your own stuff - salt/pepper, oil, toilet paper, laundry soap, etc, as none of these are provided or available at a nearby store.

It was a very relaxing stay. Check in was so convenient. Location is amazing. My 5 year old suggested the pool be heated. We will be back

We had a great time! The property was nice, beach right across the road and the pool was great! The beds could have been a bit more comfy. They were a little hard but I got used to it. Overall it was a great experience

Would have like more beach stuff available - I imagine a lot of stuff gets left there that could be reused by future renters. Thought would have access to storage unit that would have it available in there. I left things there but outside since not supposed to leave anything inside.
