We loved our stay. It was super clean and comfortable. We moved our son to an apartment nearby and this location was a short walk to his new place. We will definitely stay here again! Also, check in-check out was super easy.

The condo had everything we needed for a Hollywood stay and was within walking distance to almost everything we wanted to see. The communication was excellent and the complimentary snacks were such a nice touch! Highly recommend staying here.

First, let me say that the host was very responsive, and the unit had most of what you’d need for a short Hollywood stay. But a few things were hard to overlook. While the unit overall appeared clean, the shower was the exception. In fact, I had to remove a tangled clump of hair from the drain before using it. The floor of the shower didn’t look clean in general. If you did nothing else to the shower as a housekeeper, seems like you’d at least clean the gunk off the drain. That was pretty nasty. The host gets big kudos for the nice selection of complimentary snacks and drinks provided, as others have noted. But I don’t think you can say that a coffeemaker, microwave and mini fridge on/in a cabinet is a kitchenette without having a sink. Maybe a snack station? And the minifridge’s freezer was iced up BAD. As in totally closed off and unusable. It covered the outside of the freezer compartment so much that it reduced the useable space of the fridge compartment somewhat. Nonetheless, it was usable for keeping a few beverages cold. Regarding street parking out front, it mostly wasn’t available at any time. Do not rely on being able to park near the unit. We were able to find a solitary spot a block away, however. The unit is listed as having central A/C. But you are occupying the ground floor of the host’s own residence (we awoke to a dog scurrying across floor of room above) and you cannot adjust the temperature. It was too hot in the eve/night for comfort.

The listing description is accurate. We enjoyed the free street parking, private patio, and the quick responses from the host! Location made it easy to explore many different areas by car. Very quiet despite being close to busy streets! Thanks again for hosting us!

Communication with Kevin was excellent. The place was just like a hotel room but we were provided with a basket of complimentary snacks and beverages which was very much appreciated! Easy to get in and out of and we had everything we needed for our stay. We were in town for a family celebration so most days got home late so finding parking on the street could be a bit of a challenge. But I guess that's to be expected in LA.Overall it was a great experience. Thanks Kevin!

We had a wonderful time in LA for my husband’s 40th birthday trip in large part because of this place. It is in a FANTASTIC location, was very clean, and parking was relatively easy to find. It is small but cozy and very much is as described - like a nice hotel room with a mini fridge and a great patio. Since we were seeing sites all day and out to dinner each night, this fit the bill perfectly. The only thing I wish it had was access to ice, but we picked up from the 7-11 around the corner when we wanted to make a late night cocktail. Overall, a great experience!

This was perfect for two people who aren't spending much time at their place. Like a hotel suite with a nice outdoor area. Location was perfect walking distance to Hollywood attractions. Parking on the street was easy. Bonus bountiful free snack basket.

This place is private, cute, cozy and safe. Clean! Plenty of supplies; towels, linens, coffee, water and SNACKS! Thanks extra for the snacks, Kevin! We loved the private little patio off the front, listening to tunes or hearing the neighborhood passersby. Bed was comfy. Kevin was super attentive in replying to the very few questions we had. And he lives on site, so I imagine if there were any major issue, it’d be resolved just as quick. My partner and I were in town for Willie Nelson’s 90th Birthday celebration this weekend. This locale would be convenient for anyone else attending a Hollywood Bowl event. Or just to submerge yourself into LA and explore. Thanks big, Kevin! Sincerely, Renee and Kayla

Clean accommodation, nice bed, linens and towels. Only a 15 minute walk to Hollywood Blvd attractions, however neighborhoods between are sketchy. This is no reflection on the host or property itself.

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, cute, comfortable and convenient Hollywood vrbo! Check-in was simple and seamless. It had all the updated necessities for a stay. We enjoyed the little private outdoor patio for some quick fresh air and sun! The owner was available to answer any questions at a moment’s notice and even left chocolates on the bed and a complimentary basket of drinks and goodies! If there was anything to make it better; it would be a designated parking spot. Parking at times was a little tricky, but we figured it out. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an incredible stay and could not have asked for a more perfect place to call home for a few days while I was in LA. I was there for 5 days and have nothing bad to say about it. The closet was enormous and the bathroom was perfect. The location was close to everything we needed. Thanks so much to Kevin and Natalie for this fantastic getaway. Highly recommend this to anyone and everyone.

Simplicity makes this place great. It is akin to a hotel room with a private entrance. It includes an ample bathroom, coffee maker and complimentary snacks. Kevin was responsive and helpful.

Loved this cozy, modern studio! Bed was comfortable, the complimentary snacks were a big treat, and my sweetheart loved the patio and the freedom to smoke his herbs out there and chill. Plenty of outlets for our devices. Check In/Out was convenient. Well worth the $. We would stay here again!

This place was awesome!!! I cannot stress how lucky we were to be able to stay here! The place alone is setup amazing, he has everything you could possibly want or need, and the snacks are so kind!!! Checking in and out was seamless! He really has an amazing set up! My husband and I are so thankful we stayed here! We were not far from Hollywood Blvd at all! Short walk to some amazing views!!! It was my first time in LA and I want to go back asap! Kevin was so kind to even suggest certain places and even suggest car rental! Of course I was that person and I left a bag of goodies we had got our daughter and he already shipped it to us! We live on the East coast but due to Kevin’s place and amazing generosity we will definitely be back! Stay here if you can! Thank you so much Kevin!

The place is a fantastic alternative to a hotel. The location is perfect, there are many restaurants within the walking distance. I should review the restaurants separately. Kevin was a great host, great communication, nice additional touches like a complementary basket of snacks. We liked having the fridge and a microwave for some quick snacks or leftovers. We did not use the patio but it was nicely appointed. Thank you. See you in Spring.

This was a Convenient location for myself, as I was flying in for a hair class. Central to everything I needed. Shopping centers, food, pharmacy!!! The space was private, clean, and the complimentary snacks came in handy, and was thoughtful!!! BONUS: the little patio made the stay that more enjoyable.. :)

Precisely as advertised. Stylish, well-furnished, & comfortable studio, near (in) downtown Hollywood. Great communication with the property owner and no issues. Best for a single traveler or couple, and if already somewhat familiar with downtown Hollywood. Neighborhood is fine but could be a little intimidating for unseasoned travelers. Terrific location near all the Hollywood Blvd. attractions, Hollywood Bowl, Hollywood sign, studio tours, etc. Recommended.

I had a very good experience here. The property owner, Kevin is very attentive and quick to respond to questions. There were plenty of complimentary snacks and water and everything i needed. A very cozy, yet spacious place to stay. i felt very safe, how the entrance is set up. The only negative for me was the parking. it was not easy to get parking. when i did, i later had to move my car for street cleaning (though i know that exists everywhere in the cities) but i had to park my car far away to later retrieve it and repark. I guess that’s a city issue though. Also, this apartment is in a great location (close to many cool things). Kevin is a dog lover and left my fur babies treats. 5 stars to Kevin! He totally made up for the parking issue. An enjoyable stay.
